The headphones make a loud beep when the battery lowers to 25%, how can I eliminate the beep? I wear them to sleep and don't like being woken in the middle of the night.

Thanks for your inquiry. The warning sound that is triggered when the battery level drops to 25% cannot be turned off, as it indicates that the earbuds is low in battery, and you can use it minimally or recharge it before using it again.

can two devices be paired at the same time? If not, which earbuds can?

Our JBL Tour Pro 2 features multipoint connection technology which means the headphones can be connected to two different devices simultaneously, such as your smartphone and tablet. With a multipoint connection, you can easily switch between the two connected devices to take calls or listen to audio without having to manually disconnect and reconnect each time. Can i turn off the earbud when it's out from the case

Thanks for your inquiry. To turn off the earbuds without putting back to its charging case, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right earbuds for more than 2 seconds. Alternatively, you can press and hold one of the buttons to just turn off the left or right earbud if you want. You can also use the Auto-off feature via the JBL Headphone app.

Can all touch control features be turned off? Sometimes I don't want to be able to change volume or skip etc with the earbud touch control, for example when wearing a hood as the hood rubbing on the earbuds is enough to skip, adjust volume etc.

You can assign gestures on the JBL Headphones app to 'None'. It will prompt a restart. You can do it for both left and right buds.

Does case act as a Bluetooth transmitter? (3.5 mm jack to USB C)

You can control the earbud's settings, manage calls and playback, control your audio setting and battery level, and set your alarm without taking out your phone through the screen of the charging case of our JBL Tour Pro 2. It doesn't have an aux port to plug a 3.5mm audio cable.

can you find them if lost?

Our JBL Tour Pro 2 has a feature that lets you track missing or lost earbuds using the "Find my Buds" feature in the JBL Headphones App. Tap the left or right earbud to locate it and it will start beeping. As long as the distance is at least 8 meters and is only operated via Bluetooth connection and not via GPS. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
