• At Harvey Norman we monitor pricing every day on a huge range of products online and in store.
• Our Price Guarantee means that we will match the advertised price of an identical product sold at a New Zealand in-store and online retailer competitor, either at the time of purchase or within seven (7) days after your purchase.

How it works?

• The Price Guarantee can be made either at the time of purchase or within seven (7) days after the original purchase date.
• The Price Guarantee applies to advertised or online pricing for a New Zealand in-store and online retailer competitor only. Excludes online-only retailers, warehouse and clearance outlets, liquidation sales, commercial resellers, distributors who sell direct to the public, parallel importers, unauthorised or overseas distributors, and third-party sellers on online marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• The Price Guarantee applies to identical products that must be produced by the same manufacturer, be the exact same make, model and colour, brand new, in original packaging and must be in stock at both a Harvey Norman store and the competitor’s store at the time of purchase.
• The customer must provide evidence of the competitor’s current advertised price for the identical product, in-store or by contacting the store of purchase, either at the time of purchase or within seven (7) days after the date of purchase. Evidence includes a copy of the current advertisement, a screenshot of a website (current and dated) or a website address. The advertised price must be inclusive of GST and all fees and charges. Harvey Norman reserves the right to verify the evidence of the competitor's advertised price.
• The Price Guarantee can only be requested in-store or by contacting the store of purchase.

What are the exclusions?

• The Price Guarantee does not apply to:
• Miele Cooking and Whitegoods products, Apple products, Chromebooks, gaming consoles, and mobile phones;
• competitors pricing not available to the general public including club or membership pricing, trade, education and commercial prices, insurance claim settlements, or loyalty card schemes;
• products that are advertised as display stock, ex demonstration, end of line, clearance, limited quantities, or seconds;
• pricing that is part of a promotion (including third-party promotions) involving financing, gift cards, installation, rebates, delivery, cashback offers, bundled or bonus offers, trade-in offers, package offers, or trade discounts;
• gift cards or prepaid cards;
• any advertising error including typographical pricing mistakes (either ours or a competitor's);
• competitors’ service prices including delivery and installation charges;
• Harvey Norman Outlet Stores, Harvey Norman Commercial, and Harvey Norman Photo Centre.

Harvey Norman reserves the right to terminate or amend our Price Guarantee at any time without notice.
