Once your order is out for delivery, you can expect a tracking email from Harvey Norman or a phone call from the delivery carrier to arrange delivery of larger items.

We can't stock all our trusted partners' wonderful products in our stores, so our solution is to have them online. These are exclusively available online and cannot be viewed in-store or picked up in person. We work with them and provide you with the items on our online site, providing you access to a wider range. Shop from the comfort of your home and have it delivered straight to you.
When an order is received, we send those orders to the relevant partner to ship the goods directly to you. Some products may be shipped from New Zealand or overseas, so delivery times may vary.
Customer Direct products are sold on our website and are shipped directly to you from our trusted supply partners. You can recognise them by the 'ONLINE ONLY' banner or the 'Harvey Norman Customer Direct' label on the right-hand side of the product page. They are only available online and cannot be bought in-store or for Click & Collect.
On the other hand, if you purchase a non-Customer Direct item from Harvey Norman, this will be shipped from one of our stores. For these goods, you can also Click & Collect, or, if it’s available, you can find them in your local store.
No. All Customer Direct products are shipped directly from the supplier and unavailable to purchase or view in-store.
Product Care is currently not available on Customer Direct products.

No. Click & Collect is not available across Customer Direct products. Our trusted partners will direct ship products from New Zealand and overseas.

Unfortunately, if the existing order has already been placed or paid for, then you will need to do a separate order.
All online orders are reviewed and screened to assess potential risk of unauthorised credit card use; there may be a short delay for your item/s to be available while these checks are completed. Once these security checks are done, you should receive a confirmation email. If this is not received, please contact us 0800 088 144 and the team can investigate this.
You will not be required to pay the duty or any fees for your order as this will be pre-paid by Harvey Norman through the Duty Delivery Paid service offered by our suppliers’ carriers. If your order gets held by customs, please contact us and we will handle this for you admin.online@nz.harveynorman.com
