Our JBL Live Free 2 TWS doesn't have volume control. However, our JBL Headphones App can modify the controls and assign them to volume, with each tap on the earbud.

Microsoft & Teams compatibility purchased recently, seem great until I try to hook up to PC (Microsoft) and use Teams - To hook up is hard and then once hooked up causes Teams to crash continually - Is there a solution otherwise I will have to return

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Live Free 2 TWS isn't designed to work with communication apps through Bluetooth with PCs. These models usually have issues such as the output sounding glitchy or robotic with MS Teams, Zoom, etc. These applications should work fine with phones and tablets, so always recommend using these devices instead.

I have a PC without a BT built in. I plugged the charging case in to the PC. An "unknown device" shows up in Device Manager (Windows) which suggests there is a USB endpoint in the case. Can the case provide BT connection? Are there PC drivers available?

Thanks for your inquiry. For the earbuds of the JBL Live Free 2 TWS to be linked to a computer, the initial device needs to possess a Bluetooth transmitter. Unfortunately, the case cannot relay the Bluetooth signal to the earbuds while tethered to the PC.
