Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast but flawed I love the speed of the SSD. I only hope the drives in this dual-drive computer will last longer than the non-SSD hard drive of the previous all-in-one I purchased only three or less years ago, which now operates so sluggishly, despite numerous cleanings, that it became a continual frustration to use. But I like the machine as a whole, which I why I purchased another one. However, this one comes with Windows 11and a different keyboard, and the combination of these was at first awful. In particular the new keyboard lacks a screensave (or screenshot or printsave) key, and also the key that opens the context menu. Spending HOURS on the phone with an HP SmartFriend did not solve these problems. I just lucked out when I realized I could bluetooth-connect the keyboard from my old All-in-one to my new one. But, really, how could they remove these essential keys? And to replace the context key with an emoji key: Are you kidding me?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New HP, so far so good Decided it was time to upgrade from my 12 year old tower. Saw an All-In-One at a friends house and like the clean look of it. I decided that my use of computer had changed over the years and the need for all the internal slots and disc readers was gone. Did some only shopping and narrowed my choices done to three. This was not one of them due to the price. Decided to wait till after the Christmas holiday and low and behold there was a nice markdown on this model, so I ordered it. ordering process was smooth and flawless. Unit arrived on Jan 75, 2023. I'm writing this on the 19th. So far so good. Much faster that the 12 year old tower. The 23" screen it good size for my eyes. Screen has several lighting modes and I found one I like. There are enough and appropriate ports on the computer that enabled me to move files over from by external backup drive. Build in speakers allowed me to no use the external set I had. External set definitely sounds better, but I'm not using this computer to listen to music. The software operates much quicker that the old one, and I really appreciated that. I'm getting used to the flat keys on the keyboard, but finding that it really is pretty easy to type on. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. HP adjusted the warranty period to start from the date I opened the box here at home. (don't forget to do that) Oh also, I got a surprise to learn that this is actually a touchscreen, not something I had shopped for or thought I needed, but I figure at some point it may come in handy.

My old HP desktop was getting a little slow after so many years and wasn't compatible with windows 11 so it was time to upgrade. This computer checked all my boxes and then some. Highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my new All-in-One Pavilion Love the computer, this is my 3rd HP touch screen All-in-One Pavilion. The only downside, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the keyboard and mouse that came bundled with the PC are not to my liking. Their USB dongle is inside the computer, so I've had to obtain a separate wireless keyboard and mouse and use up a USB port for them. Other than that, I like the pop-up camera and the matte screen that goes all the way to the edge. It's sleek, powerful, and performs wonderfully for my needs.
