The part number for the drawer, HR02X00257, is wrong. This drawer is too wide and shallow to fit this freezer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New but not improved Very difficult to open door, you need two hands. Drawers are too deep, so it's impossible to keep as organised as I like. It's probably cheaper to run than my last Haier freezer but apart from that it's a downgrade.

How to defrost this freezer?

Thanks for your question. Defrosting will need to be done manually. The appliance will need to be switched off at the wall socket, with the plug removed, and Freezer door open. Instructions on how to perform this are included with the unit on page 9. Trust this helps!
