Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointing Took delivery yesterday and disappointing, water dispenser doesn't work and yes the child safety lock isn't on. Rang for assistance and they are sending a Tech out in 2 weeks the person on the phone said in the mean time try turning it off and back on again it might fix the problem, ha ha I doubt that!! The ice dispenser is pathetic one is in the door and one is standing free on the shelf in like a box thing and both leak when filled up so water goes everywhere ! My previous westinghouse fridge had a dairy compartment and this one doesnt have one. Not happy at all with it and I thought I was upgrading I would rather my older fridge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing layout. We needed to replace our previous side by side Westinghouse fridge quickly. (It was Christmas Day). Wish we had checked it out further The comparison with the previous one is a major disappointment. Narrower and less flexible . Fridge door: Only 4 shelves and non adjustable. Area to store cheeses gone. Fridge interior. No small under top shelf drawer for meats . Freezer door. Unable to move shelves. An ice cube maker and tray that makes small ice blocks. It cannot be removed and replaced with a shelf so again more lost usable space.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dud of a fridge This fridge is the worst ever. The Cool water storage leaked after 4 months. It is also a pain to refill as there is absolutely no room to pour anything, we have to use a funnel. The freezer leaks and creates a sheet of ice at the bottom, yes we try not to block the vents but it does not help. The ice Cube Box that floats around is the stupidest design ever, you cannot access the cube tray, you just keep twisting until they fall out. At 5 degrees in the fridge you will find things freezing at the back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW finally a fridge freezer that does it all After struggling with other brand fridges and freezers for year we have finally found this fridge that does it all for our family. From the large well thought out fridge interior to the spacious freezer with ice maker and drawers to get everything neat and organised. The dark finish on the outside of the fridge is modern and looks great in our kitchen. If your in the market for a excellent appliance then this is it. Don't waste your time and money on anything else.

It is a huge fridge which is poorly designed, so somehow has no room. Like a huge handbag in which you can't find anything. I've been trying to buy lots of add ons to make sense of the space, but there aren't many available so far. Water dispenser is okay, but takes a lot of the door space. Excellent crisper and freezer, so that's something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly organised Fridge and Freezer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many fridge / freezer combinations over the years -French door fridge with freezer drawers on the bottom -Upside down fridge with freezer compartment up the top -Conventional type with freezer compartment on the bottom section I had wanted to try a side by side fridge freezer and this year when we were renovating a kitchen I had the opportunity to try it . It is wonderful …….my fridge and freezer are perfectly organised and I can”see” everything I have and what I need to replace. It makes storing frozen goods and meals so appealing(and I love to cook and store) I feel like I am at the supermarket when I look in my fridge……but more importantly in my vertical freezer shelves and drawers. I also love the easy access ice maker and water dispenser. Everything is easy to access and keep organised. Love it đź’•

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Design and price. One problem Great design. Lot's of space. Had a problem where frost started to build up in freezer towards the top. I noticed the door seal started to veer away from the fridge towards the top so I put a folded paper straw in between one of the ridges in the area where the gap started. Haven't had a problem since and I think the seal has conformed to its new shape so I might be able to remove the straw someday.
