Rated 4 out of 5 by from Such a pity: Freezer Draw Handle DESIGN FLAW For the past 2 months we have been enjoying our new fridge with all the extra space and eye-level access to our fridge. However yesterday our freezer draw handle fell off. Upon closer inspection we realised that the 'clip-on' system only relies on a flimsy plastic moulding. Certainly not enough to take the constant pulling (not to mention the vacuum resistance) that such a wider freezer draw has. Upon reading the recent reviews one would think a more permanent fix would have been implemented, instead we are having a 'replacement' handle delivered to us which now I'm wondering how long will it be until next time the plastic cracks under the pressure!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost perfect fridge/freezer. The unit has been installed for three weeks. Everything about it, bar one feature is very good. It’s efficient and very quiet. It’s easy to stack and contents can be easily sighted when you open the doors. The ice maker works effectively and the ice is easy to extract. What’s the fault? The water dispenser. After use it constantly dribbles water from the outlet into the little tray under the unit. The service man told us nothing can be done to stop the leak. Having water running down the front of the fridge and pooling under the front doors is dreadful. We’re not at all happy about the situation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good fridge, but...... We bought this fridge about one month ago and this is our review. Positives. Large fridge and freezer area without the depth to loose things at the back. Negatives. Handle on freezer not very secure. When you open it you can see the mounts of the handle flexing. This won't last long. 'Chilled' water just below tap temperature. This means using alot of ice of which you need an extra storage container so you don't run out during the day. The control panel inside the fridge is peeling away. Hopefully no moisture is getting in. Lack of height on doors for milk, wine etc. Why no option for white?

We were particularly concerned to get the right design with both very good energy efficiency and quietness attributes as we were downsizing into an Appartment. We believe we made an excellent choice and are very happy with the Westinghouse Fridge/Freezer.

I’m so happy with this fridge, not only is it the very few that fits into the standard 90 spot and also through the front door without dismantling the actually fridge it doesn’t compromising the space inside the fridge! I have so much more room to store food now! Also the freezer draws are great, lots of room to store out weekly meals. We didn’t have to give up the auto ice and water too

Does it come in dark stainless?

Hi there. This particular model does not come in the dark stainless steel finish. There is a slightly smaller model from Westinghouse that also has a water dispenser that does come in the dark stainless steel finish and can be viewed on our website as well as in our stores. Hope this helps
