Good fridge, strange design[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge operates great but I do question the design. The water tank is not the easiest thing to refill as there is a shelf right above it, you need to use a long neck bottle. Also the ice cube try feels like a quick after thought, it takes up most of a freezer draw because of the awkward size, the cubes are tiny & its really hard to refill without spilling everywhere. The Vegetable crisper draw on the right side does not side out if you have the left door closed due to the door sealer being in the way which is inconvenient. Over all it seems like a good build and sturdy to do the job but would sure get a different model next time.

Incorrect dimensions listedThe listed height is incorrect. Whilst the hinge height is correct there is a mounted computer module that sits approximately 15mm higher than this and it will ruin your experience. I can not use this product due to the listed specs being incorrect.

Everything we want and more[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so amazing I wish I’d bought it earlier. I love the connectivity piece, the way my calendar syncs, I can see notifications on my fridge to tell me my washing and drying are complete, the kids have their spelling lists on the fridge along with a note about what they have on which day at school. I love the space, the way the shelf slides back to allow for tall bottles and the way I can use the drawer for wine, meat or deli by changing the setting on the display panel. Shopping lists sync’d, recipes at my fingertips and did I mention the space! Ample room in the massive freezer drawers. Love having filtered water on tap and the ice machine works seamlessly. So far so good, love our Samsung family hub. It’s quiet also.

Cheap fridge with cheaper featuresThe water tank needs to be filled manually, by removing a shelf in the fridge which seems like a waste. It can’t be filled without removing the shelf, I could put a bottle of water in the fridge an avoid the hassle on filling it up. Once filled it slowly leaks out making a mess in the fridge and floor.
The “ice maker” is redundant. You again fill a tray that leaks and then push a lever that doesn’t dispatch all the ice, the ice that is created is tiny little shivers and because the tray leaks, the water then freezes all the mini cubes together. AVOID this fridge.

Shelvings could be higher[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this product for my new place few months ago, finally able to open it last month. Upon opening it, realised that there were a few dents around the refrigerator. Unfortunately, samsung was not able to do anything about it as it was purchased few months ago. The design is simple, however, the shelvings are not high enough to stand a standard 1L soft drink upright in the middle of the fridge, need to also remove some shelvings on the side to fit it in.

NEVER buy a black FridgeI bought a black French door fridge 2 years ago and the black coat is peeling and looks like a 10 years old fridge, and the poor quality is not covered under warranty. VERY DISSAPOINTING

I would not change anything on this Fridge.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge in March 2022 and I am very happy with all aspects of this fridge.
The autofill pitcher inside the door is great for getting filtered water. Automatic Ice maker has two sizes for ice block and is very quiet. The fridge temperature indicator is just inside the front of fridge door making it very easy to read. Also has plenty of room inside.
The best of all is that the plumbed water filter is located INSIDE the fridge for easy access.

Great fridge but lousy internal design[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is quiet, and keeps the food cold. Temperature setting appear correct, and the freezer does what it's supposed to. But before you buy this fridge, check what you want to put in it. The only place tall items can go is in the bottom of the doors, everything else you have to lay done on the shelves. Yes milk bottle and we all know how unreliable the lids are. I will hate this fridge till it gets replaced.

Hi, can you confirm the price is correct, as it was a lot less a couple of days ago, and other retailers, such as heathcotes, magness benrow, are a lot cheaper. Usually they are more expensive, which suggests there is a mistake with the HN price.

I have purchased this item for my new kitchen and want to match the 'quad door' style on my pantry doors. My kitchen designer needs the exact height of the lower vs upper doors, but I can't find these details in the specs. Can you please advise?

Thanks for your question Vicki. We would recommend that the designer measures the fridge themselves to get the exact measurements, as there are many factors involved. We don't know the height of which the feet are adjusted to, so height of the bottom doors cannot be determined. Also there's a gap in between the doors which can be covered or not. Hi what clearance would you recommend on the width for my fridge cupboard?

Thanks for your question Alex. This requires a 50mm clearance from the back of the fridge to the wall, at least 100mm from the top of the fridge to the ceiling and 20mm or more either side of the fridge, to allow for adequate ventilation. Hope this helps.

I only have a max height in my fridge space for 1750mm , will this fridge fit if I wind the feet all the way down.

Thanks for your question Kelly. Unfortunately it still would not fit. The feet take up roughly 20-30mm of height. In addition to that, all fridges require at least 50mm additional space at the top, rear, and sides, to allow for adequate ventilation. Hope this helps!
