Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Fridge and a Joy to Use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An attractive black brushed stainless fridge that sits well in a modern kitchen. Ample space with easy access. The two section freezer works well. For a large fridge the twin doors work well even in a smaller area. The chilled filtered drinking water is frequently used. Simple to use with many features, and easy to keep clean. We have used Fisher and Paykel appliances for more than 50 years and would certainly recommend then in all facets, design, function, durability and service.

Would be even better if the space for veggies could be larger than the current size. Easily attracting fingerprints and need to wipe with micro fibre cloth quite often. Also can hear the motor noise clearly (little louder than I expected ) when there is no noise around. Other than that really happy with the purchase decision.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from We bought a dud! ( not Harvey Norman’s fault) Unfortunately we purchased one 4 years ago and now everything has started freezing in the fridge compartment. We have had the thermostat replaced and the main control board. It is still freezing up. The service man said there are a few units he has come across that have a design fault they can’t repair. We have contracted Fisher and Paykel without much luck so far. Our old F and P fridge is 20 + years and still going strong!

It just fitted our opening but I did not realise it had to protrude slightly to allow the doors to open. Be careful when removing the protective film otherwise you will be left with slithers of plastic around the water dispenser. The ice maker is brilliant and water dispenser is well designed.

The older fridge it replaced required teh same amount of force to close both doors. Other than that, its a great fridge.

does this fridge need to be connected to water tap?

Hi Dylan, thanks for reaching out. This fridge freezer needs to be plumbed. This must be installed by an authorised plumber or Fisher & Paykel trained and supported service technician as incorrect plumbing can lead to water leaks. Hope this helps.
