Too rough
This machine washes well if you're a tradie or you have a family of children who like to roll in the dirt. For someone with more refined clothes that they'd like to last more than a few washes it is way too rough. It has shrunk our clothes and faded them. Items come out very crinkled. The spin to fantastic but not for dress clothes. Even though it has numerous cycles including delicate the machine is heavy duty. I changed everything to a delicate cycle but it's still not gentle. I know so many people are into active wear and hoodies these days so maybe that's what it's for. If you're tradie or using it for industrial washing go for it! We have to dispose of it and buy a new machine.

New home, new washing machine
We recently moved house and unfortunately our washing machine was damaged. The removalist did the right thing and assisted with cost to replace it. My wife hopped on line and found this machine. I was not fully on board with either the brand or the top loading design , but happy wife happy life. We bought it and have not looked back. It washes thoroughly and has a very intuitive menu selection for what you need done. It washes in one load what would have been 2 or 3 in our previous front loader. Yes it is a larger machine so to be expected , but still a bit of a win for me. It also looks good in the laundry. Very happy customers here.

Great machine
Great washing machine, so easy to use without even needing instructions, great clean. I have a 3 month old and do washing every day, so the daily 45 min wash is perfect for us. Clothes haven’t lost colour or become worn at all

Machine Magic...
After my old machine of 25 years finally died I asked my other half what she had. (Always a good idea to ask the expert on such things) and she had the same machine (8kgs - Top Loader - for 6 years so far) and is delighted with it) I needed no more convinving than that. I hitched the trailer and went and grabbed one that afternoon. I have had for a week now and am also delighted with it. Stylish (I love the see-through lid), easy to operate, well constructed and easy to install. Well done Westinghouse ! I hope the Washing machine lasts as long as my westinghouse / Kelvinator fridge which is nearlt 30 years old and still going strong. Having said that, If I did win a prize a new Fridge may be just the thing to modernise the Kitchen.

Love it!
We've had our 8kg top load washer EasyCare for a few weeks now and am very happy with it so far. It's easy to use and gets the clothes clean. I like how you can choose spin speed and the delay feature. The only weird thing is how long it spins (to mix detergent) before it starts filling up with water. But it's no biggy, just different to what I'm used to. So glad I went from a 6kg to 8kg tub, I am having to wash less as can do bigger loads and love this. The machine looks really smart and is easy to keep clean. Also love the see through lid!!

Washing machine
We have had this machine for 2 months, in that time the glass lid, which is only held on by double sided sticky tape, has fallen off, I got sent a replacement lid. Then last week I went in and there was an error code on the machine and it wouldn’t stop filling and the water was running all down the back of the machine.
The machine will now not work other than pumping the water out.
Very disappointed with this machine. It was sent away to be fixed, I will be going to coo on consumer affairs to get my money back.
