Love this machine!Love this machine! I had a Samsung before this one and it is still going strong after 12 years so when upgrading I wanted another Samsung. It’s quiet and has lots of different options. The only thing I find annoying is that it locks when you start it, so you have to stop the wash to add something else last minute. I love the see through top aswell which my previous one didnt have.

Good for pet hairIts been a year since I bought this, and the washing has been awesome. I have 2 cats (one short hair, and one long hair) and the dual magic filters do an amazing job. I also like the quick wash cycle which cuts down the washing time considerably, so I don't have to wait ages before putting in a second load if I need to.

Excited at first, but ultimately disappointedIf you want the summary version: We do not recommend this product, never managed a complete wash.
Detail....read on, a bit of humour but pse don't under estimate the frustration.
Decided to try a Samsung WM this time as it looks nice, was a good size and looked like a pretty decent deal at $1070 (albeit now on special for less than $900 but anyway such is life).
HN staff at Hornby and the HN Warehouse were excellent during the pchse process.
The Samsung WM was duly installed by a qualified plumber. Unfortunately it never managed to complete a single wash in the time we had it, probably a week of trying till we gave up. Would run for abt 10-15 minutes then stop with a water fault, play tunes and generally cause me to gnash my teeth.
Logged a ticket with HN, again staff at Hornby great.
Eventually did get a call back, but could not help and referred us to the manufacturers.
After several days of waiting for someone to contact us I followed up again, still no call back.
Ultimately got fed up with waiting under a growing pile of laundry and asked for a refund or replacement.
HN Hornby staff excellent at sorting this out, and we collected our replacement (another brand) unit the next day. Was that fed up that was happy to pay a bit more for the same brand we always used before.
Got a call back from the manufacturer just in time to tell them the unit had been returned.
So in summary - the machine looks good, but it didn't do what we got it for which was to wash things and not play its error music continually whilst I pulled my hair out. I do not recommend this product in any way and will not touch a Samsung washing machine again.
HN staff at Hornby and the HN Warehouse are excellent and we will most certainly use that branch again in future.
