Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with this machine [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be happier with this washing machine. The front controls are very user friendly, you can see exactly what cycle you have chosen by just turning the dial. Adjusting the temp & speed is also very easy. It has an option to add last minute items which is useful, but I haven't had to use this yet. We like the wider front opening & a good size drum, it's just the 2 of us, but it's plenty big enough. It's quiet & does a great wash & is good to hear a gentle chime when finished. It's not made in Australia, unlike our Westinghouse oven, but it's made in Thailand which is fine. Overall, extremely happy thank you.

With multiple settings, functions and cycle options and easy-to-operate controls, this washing machine has been a joy to use. After decades of washing for a very large family, we downsized to 8kg and it’s plenty big and capable enough, and still suitable for bulky bedding, grotty work-clothes. Is straight-forward for visitors to use. Whether I need things to be quick or deeply soaked and washed, everything I’ve put in, washes and spins thoroughly, yet gently. It’s quiet, looks smart, has simple controls panel and I am extremely pleased with its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stoked with our heat pump dryer, we've been loving the fact that unlike a standard dryer you don't end up with extra moisture in your house as it goes into the water capture, which you then empty at the end of the cycle. It dries everything really well without over heating clothes, bedding, towels, which can result in items shrinking using a standard dryer. The dryer does take a little longer to dry items than a standard dryer but with a 7 star energy rating it still uses less energy! Would highly recommend this dryer we love ours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having used a top loader forever, I decided to switch to the front loader.....well to say I am happy with my choice is an understatement. My fear of using one was quickly dismissed because of how easy it was to not only set up but also to use. There are also so many different choices of programs that definitely suit my needs. The way that it spins the clothes is truly amazing, something that even my hubby stood and watched. I would highly recommend this washer to anyone who was in the market for a new washing machine.

It’s taken three and a half years but I am now in the new home. Last week I used the washing machine for the first time. FANTASTIC, as I use a standalone solar power system and rely on water collected from the shed and house roofs it is imperative to have a washing machine that is efficient for both power and water consumption. This I have found in this washing machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use My previous (very expensive) washing machine broke and was not worth repairing as it would have cost the same amount again. The repair guy suggested I buy a new one, the same make as before but I chose not to. Instead I chose the Westinghouse EasyCare 500 and love it. I was told at the time of purchase it would use more water than my previous machine but I have found that is incorrect as I often use the 39 minute wash and the previous machine had a minimum standard wash of 1 hour 20 minutes! I am very happy with this machine and not regretted the purchase at all.

Plus, I’ve noticed our clothes come out less wrinkled, and I can sometimes skip ironing altogether.

What does it mean when washine machine has not empty out water,and also tring to put another load on and it says loc,how do i get the machine to work

Great question Avalon! It looks like the Rinse Hold may have been enabled in the Spin Settings. This holds the water in the drum, forcing the door to stay locked. You may need to press the Start/Pause option to continue the cycle which will empty the drum and unlock once completed. The model also comes with a child lock, which can be deactivated on the dial to remove the LOC. Trust this helps! ^CO
