The build quality is pretty good , multiple wash cycle function, easy to set up . It is surprisingly quiet compared to my last LG ( both 8kg). It has been 2 week using it so far so good

Are the everyday cycles temperature adjustable? I prefer to wash with cold water

Hi Sarah, the spin cycle is what makes the towels come out stiff. To combat this, it is recommended to use a cycle that has a slower spin cycle. Samsung recommend using the Cotton setting for towels. We trust this helps with your query
