100% worth the investmentThis combo is a beast. Although it seems sad to admit, my life has changed. I now wash once a day instead of 4-1000 loads depending on the rain and my children’s adventure levels. It is a game changer in terms of efficiency. As a mum whose kids’ care requirements include “special needs”, extra time is a true gift. It is worth the price.
My only caution is that atttempting independent installation via vertical stacking may result in death. No, the dryer is not a single person lift. 🤣

Love this machine!Absolutely love this machine! We operate a small private hotel and this machine will wash two sets of QS fitted sheets and pillowcases at a time, saving us washing time. It means that we can launder all of the linen from our 4 rooms in half the time of a smaller machine. This washer also seems to be very water efficient. The Smart Things app sometimes disconnects, however it is convenient when it works so that we know when one load is finished and we can start the next.

Effective and quiet[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works beautifully. The AI wash in particular is very good; it senses the laod and adjusts the wash program throughout the cycle and produces very clean items. It is quiet and effective.
My only issue is the ease with which the paint scratches off, on the top of the washer especially. For the price I expected something a bit more wear resistant as it takes nothing to scratch and the look is spoiled a bit.

Does this heat its own water or has to be connected to hot water mains?

Thanks for your question Kevin. This model does have a hot and cold water inlet. Hence, it should be connected to a hot and cold water tap for you to use the hot cycle feature of the washing machine. Hope this helps with your query.

Great question Shar! Yes, you can do this via the 'Add Garments' option on the dial. The water will drain slightly to allow you to add items, once done, simply close the door and hold the play/pause icon to resume your wash. Trust this helps! ^CO
