Terrible
Terrible machine takes me so much longer to do laundry. The machine often stops on the spin cycle so you wait the entire cycle then it just keeps going and going without changing the time left. This means you can’t just leave the laundry on and leave the house because you don’t know when it will malfunction. If I could return the machine I would.

Always confident buying an LG
So far it’s great. I think generally all the LG products are quality, so I knew it wouldn’t be a risk. I like the energy and water rating and it’s perfect for what I need - especially a short wash cycle that’s actually short.

Issues from day one. Don't but this machine.
After having our old machine for 11 years which died, we recently purchased this Front Loader. By week one it had issues getting stuck on wash cycles, Even with the smallest loads it struggles. It occasionally also leaks. I wouldn't recommend this machine.We are in the process of returning swapping it out for another machine.

Love that it can be connected to the smart home/wiFi. Programmes don’t take super long, and seem to actually be accurate indications. It makes a lot of sound when turning on and off, but that can be turned off. Steam cycle seems to be at the end of every cycle which i don’t like. Havent worked out how to turn that off yet

Read the small print !
Small print as well as small size is the key with this washer. Good value for money works well, easy to controll and locate. A good compact front loader. But only when you get it home and read the manual do you realize that it actually will only do a load as little as 3kg, on some programs with some types of fabric.
A solid 4 out of 5 stars but try to read the manual or the on line spec befor you buy.

Yes, it's a good machine. But study the manual.
Seems a good machine, but read the booklet, for 8Kg you will wait about 2 hours for the wash, so we are changing the wash routine to put on as soon as we wake. But read the booket. Rapid 30min wash only for 4Kg, for example. On first wash I saw the clothes as cleaner, brighter, and remembered the detergent slogans from 40 years ago. Weird. Now I don't notice. I think it's a good washer but read the booklet, and understand the limits on each type of wash.

Quick 30 works for most of our washes
Still getting used to it however so far we are impressed. Just a word of warning, if you put in a huge load you can expect it to take up to 3 hours to complete the wash.
We found that Quick 30 works a treat. It says up to 2kg however we put in double that and it works perfectly. It does not weigh the load like other programs do, it just runs.
The app on the phone is brilliant, it beeps when it finishes. It was easy to setup.
Lastly the only complaint I have is that the Temp and Spin buttons should light as unless you read the manual completely you struggle to know they are there.
