The 2nd recommendation came from the service technician who after the 3rd service call for my other washer said you need a new machine and this time buy yourself an LG. The 3rd recommendation came from one of the staff where I bought the new machine - with those 3 recommendations I took the advice and purchased my first LG washer. To this point I am very happy with it

Being short it is so much easier for me to load and unload too. The washing cycles cover all my needs and being able to change the spin cycles and the temperatures is great I’m very happy with my new machine and would recommend it to anyone looking at changing from a top loader to a front loader washing machine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement of an older Model This is a replacement for my very trusted LG 7kg washing machine Serial NR : 405PNQE1W580. This machine traveled halfway around the world, moved between 6 houses, and is still working. The mechanism in the door of the older model started failing over the last few months. I would not replace my Machine with anything else but an LG. Hope to get the service from this one that I got from the previous one.

I am used to having cycle time indication in manual or on electronic screen before starting so never sure of length of cycle until after it has started. Am recording on page as I work through programmes.

Thank goodness for warrantees
