Starts and stops without operator inputPurchased and started to use about 3 months ago. Ever since the first wash, we have had ongoing, very frustrating issues with the machine. If it runs a full cycle, no issue at all. It's actually a good machine. But 8 out of every 10 uses, it will: stop and not restart, stop with an error, turn itself off. And everyday, multiple times a day, it sings to us without our input, starts without touching it, begins to function through the night when we're asleep. Sooooooo very frustrating. We have yet to contact support, that happens today. Stupid automated, digital, AI machines.

Mixed feelingsBought this machine 4 months ago. Didnt like it too much but stuck with it thinking i just need to get used to it. Its ok. Just. It has not got great cleaning power, i put all the washes on extra dirty and put the autodose on high soae which has definitely helped. However normal kids garden dirt id expect to come out leaves stains all the time if not sprayed.
Also programs are limiting. I often cant find one to suit. I have a toddler who likes to press buttons and if he switches it off mid cyvle i have to start again. All 8n all i would not reccomend it.

Haier 8kg front load washer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer seems to be good. I love the uv protect function. Only complaint i have is that autodose does not work. This is for 2 machinrs. Apart from that it seems reliable

Great washing machineGreat quality washing machine, works really well and very quiet.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
