Easy install, smart and intuitive washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first F&P machine, we always used Bosch previously. So far loving the huge drum, auto-dosing detergent and softener feature and the remote notifications and controls. Easy to install and set-up smart feature ourselves and in general lovely machine to use. Clothes come out fresh and truly clean! Add garment button also a very handy feature. Delay start was a little less intuitive to navigate but once the washer learns your preferred settings and that delayed start after bedtime it’s great!

You won’t be disappointed with this washer,
I have never owned a front loader before and am pleasantly surprised by this little gem. It holds ally of laundry-11kg capacity- and washes the clothes well without damaging them. It has a wide variety of load types and the auto dispensing of the laundry liwuid has meant no more white marks on my washed clothes from over use of laundry liquid. The clothes are so well spun out they dry quickly. The water and power efficiency has been a pleasant surprise, no lint on the clothes and you can interrupt the wash to add more clothes if you like. It never gets out of balance like my top loader did, it looks fantastic and matches the dryer. I only wish I had upgraded early and glad I didn’t go with the Bosch my friend recommended. Mine is so much better than hers.

Fantastic, great quality machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine for a few months now and it certainly hasn’t disappointed me. I had a ‘European’ brand prop and it was nothing but trouble. The F&P machine is huge and is fantastic for a family of 2 adults, 3 teens and a younger child - who all love training and playing sports. I’m very impressed with the washing options and love the delay function which makes my days more organised as I delay start time so a load finishes just when I wake up in the morning. Love it

Intuitive and intelligent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful machine! Loving the specialised cycles such as ultra delicate and hand wash, and the towels and bedding cycles. Haven’t tried the Steam Refresh yet; waiting for the right garment to try this cycle with. Also very grateful for the auto dosing function; I filled it up when it was installed two weeks ago and have done multiple loads without having to refill it; bliss! Paired with the app, this has been a long-desired and much-loved purchase. Highly recommended!!

Great front load washer
My first front loader, I like the different wash options, user interface, temperature options, automatic detergent feature, being able to add a garment once wash has started. I was a bit disappointed in its lack of energy efficiency (compared to heat pump dryer) and water efficiency and it is soooo very noisy! It is very loud when it fills and when it spins. I max size of the wash load is excellent and it has been cleaning the clothes very well without them getting tangled like my old top loader.

Make things that last please
Third time's a charm, they say! Well, let's hope this washing machine breaks the cycle of its predecessors. I mean, who needs appliances that last longer than a few years anyway? If this one gives up on us, I guess it's back to the good ol' days of river laundry for us! The only hardship for this washing machine so far is the switching from autodosing to manual dosing for every wash cycle—because clearly, pouring detergent into a washer every time is the pinnacle of modern inconvenience!

11kg load is fantastic!
No complaints so far. The 11kg load means I do less washes and can get all the sheets for the king size bed done in one load so we're saving water & electricity. And the Everyday wash only takes an hour. Did the hygiene wash for the bed sheets - took 2 hours but they came out super clean so will be using that option again. Only niggle is it doesn't tell you when it's finished - haven't heard any beeps so I forget it should be done. Hope this washer lasts for many years!
