Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shelving Capacity The Vintec cabinet meets my needs admirably. I live in an apartment and the bulk of my wines, many of which are well in excess of ten years old, are stored with a commercial wine cellaring company. Such aged wines must be handled and stored correctly between removal from the ideal conditions provided by the cellaring company and consumption. The Vintec cabinet fulfills this need. My only criticism is that the vertical spacing between some shelves in the cabinet is inadequate for some bottles - Burgundy style bottles typically - and the balance between Bordeaux & Burgundy bottles to be stored does not always comply with the shelving capacity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to care for and house your precious wine I have had wine stored at a managed facility for several years, however, this has not made it easy to consume my wine as it is deliberately positioned in a city I am not. This meant I was only able to bring wine home from the cellar that I could consume quickly weather dependant. I now have the ability to keep a small portion of my drinkable wine at home to consume at my leisure as it is cared for properly in my own home. My 50 Bottle Single Zone allows to keep wine with vintages as old as 40 years until that special occasion without waiting on delivery times or interruptions. An excellent piece of equipment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and accessible [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stylish wine cabinet as our previous Vintec wine cabinet was used constantly and was relocated 3 times over Australia for a period of 6 years, but it was not for under a bench as required for this house. I love the ability to view the wines through the glass, and thus to make my selection without opening the door. It keeps our red wine at recommended drinking temperature right near the dinning table, great for dinner parties. I would definitely recommend this wine cabinet for the wine enthusiast to store wines to drink with family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned two of the Vintec 50-Bottle Single-Zone Black Glass Wine Cabinets for a while now, and I absolutely love them. The black glass design is sleek and fits perfectly in my dining room. They keep the temperature steady, so I never have to worry about my wines. They handle my collection easily, with plenty of space for up to 50 bottles each. The UV-protected glass doors are a great feature, giving me peace of mind that my wines are well-protected. Overall, these cabinets have been a fantastic addition to my home, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool VinTec Wine Fridge This came with the apartment we moved into recently. It is the first wine fridge I have used and I am very impressed with it. Wines are easy to store and access. I am like that it can store so many bottles for the size of the unit. I particularly like the App, OENO, that can be used with the fridge. I use it to record each of the wine bottles I store in the fridge , this has been very helpful when I have to select a wine for an occasion. I use the app to look through the list of wines, it therefore makes selecting a wine very easy. I also like the feature where it recommends when to drink the wine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy, quiet and flexible space I bought two 50-bottle under bench vintec wine fridges about six months ago, and it has been faultless. They sit under bench and other than constantly glancing over at their classy black glass and timber appearance, i wouldn't notice them there as they are so quiet. I was able to swap the location of the door hinge so i can open both doors at once to load up whites into one fridge, and reds into the other. The sliding timber shelving allows options to store multiple sized bottles, and to pull them out when browsing what to pull out next. The app works will to scan and identify wine labels, to keep track what is in the cellar, but I am not disciplined enough to track every bottle that goes in and out.

We were looking for a fridge that would fit nicely into our dining room area to store our special wines and after looking long and hard we found our Vintek. We have made good use of the fridge already and have over half filled it with still plenty of room for growth. The fridge fits perfectly in the space and is whisper quite, whilst looking neat and elegant. In addition to the fridge the OENO app has been a great bonus to help us catalogue our wines. It has been a great way for us to share our cellar with our friends even when we are not at home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wine Fridge So so happy with this product. Our wine is stored and perfectly temperatured without heating, cooling and weather effecting it. The shelves sliding out makes it easy to store wine back and front and set the shelves up to allow for optimum storage space. Love that we can both serve and cellar wine straight from the fridge. The cabinet can be locked for security when children are around and is clean, neat and well lit when the light is on. The app to assist in what you store, where you placed it and when to drink is so good. Can’t wait to enjoy many bottles from here in the future.

Will this house champagne bottles also?

Thanks for the question, the 50 bottle capacity is based off of the 750ml Bordeaux bottle shape and size. If your bottles are larger than this it does feature adjustable/repositionable shelves that allow you to reverse the top shelf to store wines in the upright position. This top shelf is located just under the display shelf and it has a flat side to accommodate standing bottles. Trust this helps.
