However, the shelf layout and design make it difficult to accommodate the ever growing variety of wine bottle shapes and sizes. This reduces the amount of bottles that are able to be safely stored in the fridge. If you’re a fan of playing Jenga with wine bottles, you will love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vintec 35 - What a corker. I setup the wine fridge as per the manufacturers instructions. It quickly had my wine stored at the recommended 12 degrees. The fridge is very quiet. A great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product for. Great Price I bought this a month ago for cellaring and am happy so far. Fridge is quiet, looks great and has held constant temperature. I haven’t filled it to capacity yet so not sure if 35 bottles will fit as non “standard” bottles seem to sit a little awkward in the shelving, I have stored mostly Pinot Noir. But I’m sure it will come close. And for the price and quality I’m happy to lose a couple of bottle spaces. I did take out extra insurance cover to extend the warranty for a further 3 years after reading other reviews and the price was still great.

I live in a non air-conditioned home, out in the bush, and this little Vintec has become a very good friend, as it's keeping my beautiful wines at a constant temperature. I love the size of my Vintec! It is compact, yet has ample space. The fridge temperature is consistent, no matter what the surrounding temperature is, I'm super impressed! Abolutely love my little Vintec! I'm sure you will too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two VinTec Fridges is always better then one [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our first wine cabinet prior to moving into our new home, but found that once in, our bar cavity was just the right size to fit 2. Solution, we reversed the door on the second fridge so that they both open from the centre, then with the left-hand fridge, flipped the bottom 2 shelves upside down and put some fine mesh on them to hold beer and spirit mixers, leaving the 2 top shelves for our best white wine (Temp set to minimum 6 deg). The right-hand fridge is dedicated to our reds.. Obviously from the photo, needs to be restocked again... Highly recommend this product not only for the quality of the product, for its versatility in being able to accommodate all types of wine & beer..

Keeps a constant temperature (12 degrees as selected), is reasonably quiet and I have had no issues with it. One improvement I would like to see, is the temperature information be displayed on the front of the door, which would negate the necessity to open the fridge to confirm the operating temperature (and thus, not letting out any cool air, nor introducing warm air from outside). Apart from that, thumbs up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vintec 35 This little wine fridge is great, it maintains the set temp perfectly, is so quiet we sometimes thought it wasn't running, for my collection of wines it is doing it's job perfectly and I can recommend the vintec fridge to anyone with no hesitation, living un the tropics I was concerned about it's ability to cope with our temperature and humidity extremes, but after owning this unit now for a year my concerns are no more, a great little fridge and now I'm considering purchasing a larger unit for even more wine storage capacity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and elegant - completes a custom kitchen. I bought this to fill a void in our custom kitchen that used to house another appliance. I did my research and found the dimensions were perfect for a Vintec 35 bottle refrigerator. I chose this model because it functions as an underbench model and is super quiet. 35 bottles of white wine are perfect for a domestic kitchen and this fridge is perfect. We love the black finish and dark glass. Most of all we love how quiet and sleek this is - perched under the bench and ready to distribute cold tasty beverages when we need them.

What are the clearances required around the cabinet for ventilation - above, behind, left, right - for placement under a bench.

Thanks for your question Francois. This unit requires at least 200mm clearance for the sides and top of the unit to the bottom of the bench, as well as a 30mm rear spacer to allow for adequate ventilation. Hope this helps with your query.

Hi Louise. Thanks for your question. This Vintec Wine Cellar is not designed to be fully integrated behind a joinery door. Please note that: a minimum cut out width of 625mm is required to facilitate installation, removal and servicing. Hope this helps
