Rated 1 out of 5 by from not good so far Bought this last week and installed over the weekend. Ran timesaver programme seemed to go ok with a few items in it but a bit wet. Yesterday ran full load on 50 degree ECO programme which would be a daily "go to" programme for efficiency. Took over 3 hours. Came home after work to put dishes away. Soaking wet, I mean SOAKING WET like no drying had happened at all, and felt all slimy. Best Finish Quantum tabs used. Put in a service call to this website. Had a call back today but missed the call. Called them right back, they said I have no enquiry in the system, so basically bad luck, and no offer to help "just wait for another call form some other team" ?? Don't bother with these. I got this model as it's just recently come out and planning to match with an Australian made 90 cm cooker. That won't be happening now that's for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this dishawasher after years of faithfu; service we received from our previous Westinghouse unit. It did not even come close. Whiel it says 15 places its smaller nside thna the previous units due to the knives and forks draw. The previous unit had two baskets which wroked much better. We can't get any of ou glasses to fit propoerly and most fall over or have to be wedged into place. The feature upper tray lowering device is of no use at all. If we use it to lower the tray so we can put in small pots as per instruction we can't fit our plates in on the bottom tray becuase they are too tall. The same plates fitted perfectly in both of our previous two machnes. Overall this unt is a great disappointment but the biggest offence is that we sent a complaints email the Good Guys store where we bought it and after several weeks they still have not even acknowledged receit of the email. When we phone them they say we can only complain by email and to keep send thiem. What a trap.
