Does this dishwasher have a heating element for if you only use the cold water connec

I notice this dishwasher comes with both hot and cold hoses. Does that mean they both have to be connected or can it run on cold water only?

Thanks for your question! This model only has a single valve water connection, and the incoming water temperature should not exceed 25 degrees. So while either can connect, a cold water connection for best performance and energy efficiency is recommended. Trust this helps. ^DG

Does the dishwasher have a removable top and if yes, how thick is it?

Great question Rob! Yes, the top can indeed be removed and the feet can be adjusted to help with leveling if integrating. The dimensions of the recess should measure at least 820Hmm, x 600Wmm x 595Dmm. All work must be carried out by a qualified installer, ensuring all connections are correct and safely connected. The top must be re-mounted if it is used as a Free-standing unit again. Trust this helps! ^CO
