Rated 1 out of 5 by from service NOT dishwasher drawer lost its ball bearing after purchasing. Contacted Fisher & Paykel with some difficulty. Finally service came out to look at issue. Service said they couldn't pull the dishwasher out because it was installed too close.... but it was installed by Fisher & Paykel??? Service department said we would have to organise our own plumber to remove dishwasher but it was installed by Fisher & Paykel??? Now service is looking into it??? What a joke... is this what we can expect from a high end manufacturer???

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Dishwasher - Highly reccomend [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing dishwasher. Easy to use, with plenty of washing options. The cleaning and drying performance of it is fantastic. It runs very quietly, even with a small load in it. The capacity of it is huge, what used to fill our old dishwasher only takes uo three quarters of the space in this one. The cutlery rack makes putting the cuttlery away much more hygenic. The bonus is you also get a cuttlery basket.

Have had a technician out more than once and still can't make this poor excuse for a dishwasher clean dishes. Have tried different settings and washing tablets. Extremely disappointing after previously owning a Bosch. Wish I had done more research.

When I raised my concerns about the poor quality installation, although I did have my installation fees refunded, the service I received was also poor.

If you leave for hours it seems to reset and start again. Not sure what the problem is as I do not over stack the dishwasher either
