Poor Wifi app intergration.Recently bought this induction cooktop, two main reasons the Flex Zone which works great and the wifi connectivity which is pretty poor. The only thing the wifi app can do is tell you if it's on/off and which settings you have selected on the cooktop. The menu part of the app are just generic recipes that you could have googled yourself from the web nothing specifically related to this cooktop. I would suggest if you are like me and wanted those features (which I thought Samsung would be all over) pay the extra money and get a NEF.

Right decision 👌[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this induction cooker. Heats fast. Elegant design. The downside is the app because it not very user friendly.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
