What is the cut out hole size to fit into a benchtop ? l x w x d

Great question Paul. According to the instructions included, you will need a minimum of 5cm additional space to be preserved around the hole to aid install, and the thickness of the work surface needs to be at least 18mm thick. The cut out space required is 870Lmm x 490Wmm x 60Dmm. You will also need at least 600mm clear space above the unit, 20mm min to the back wall all the way down, and 50mm clear space below for ventilation. Trust this helps!

Does this cook top has a deep frying option?

Thanks for your question. No, this does not have deep frying capability. You may be able to heat a pot on the cooktop directly for the purpose of deep frying, however, this will be up to the individual and care must be taken. At extremely high termperatures oil and fat will ignite spontaneously and this can present a serious fire risk. We do not recommend this.
