Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for money! I had this gas cooktop installed 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the choice. The aesthetics are clean. The burners provide immediate and consistent heat as soon as they're lit and have a safety function that stops gas being emitted if the flame goes out. The all-over cast iron grill provides flexibility on where pans can be placed. You can also use the grill surface to place hot items straight out of the oven. This is the first time I've used an AEG product and I will definitely look at their range when we need to replace other kitchen appliances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Features AEG is a good brand and we had a AEG washing machine that worked more than 20 yrs with out issues. Love the cut put spec of this Gas top since most of the 900 series cut outs are too big and we install this with out any modification on our Granite and replaced old ILve top since AEG got flame cover and great knobs unlike ILVE which had bad knobs that keep on breaking. Also AEG comes with WOK support and hope to get flat WOK plate so that I can use it as a grill plate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good brand Bought because it didn't require any benchtops to be cut. Having to hold down the gas control dial longer for gas to stay alight takes a bit of getting used to. Have thought it was on but gas actually didn't stay on. Glass cleaning not so easy and smudges annoy but overall okay. Using a grill plate on the burners not so great with heat distribution.

The glass can be quite difficult to get perfectly clean but when you do it looks fantastic

As a single person I didn't want nothing complicated and this cook top is easy to use and clean so I don't have to worry about getting hard to get areas to clean.
