Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Picture I repalced my old Sony Smart TV with this Sony model about a month back and am extremely disappointed at the quality of picture. The picture is hazy and dull and not sharp atll al even for the 4K channels. I hav been buying Sony TVs since last 40 years and this is the first time the quality has been so poor. Someone at Sony - please nate and help.

They appreciate the Google Assistant features, as well as the great sound and picture quality. It also has a faster response time than older Android TVs. However, they find the remote control inconvenient because it lacks numbers, making it difficult for them to navigate TV channels. Therefore, the lack of channel numbers on the remote is the only reason for not giving it five stars.

I love the TV watching movies on this screen has taking my experience to another level, I have wanted a Sony for a long time and now I feel I'm at the cinema every time I turn it on, I love it. Totally recommend to friend and family.

Apps are not loading,taking ages to stream anything. Tried factory resting etc multiple times but still not good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.
