Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture - Setup a Breeze! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 50" model to replace my 46" Samsung TV bought 15 years ago. Fantastic picture and even though this TV has less connectivity than my last (which at the time was top of the line, this TV has all the connections I need to play just about anything. Setup was an absolute breeze - very professional, simple and clear to follow (I used the smartphone option rather than the remote option). Strangely a few YouTube videos mentioned the remote was useless but I really like it, especially the fact that it will recharge the batteries via the small solar panel on the back of the remote - very cool!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great image quality with ok sound quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung DU7700 50" for our bedroom after our old plasma died. We have another Samsung Q7 TV for our lounge room and the picture quality is the same in my opinion. The interface is very fast. The remote is taking some time to get used to, but no major issues with it. We really like how the remote can recharge with solar panel on the back. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is the sound quality. It's just OK with the sound quality. But all in all, this is a very good TV and well worth the money. We would buy this TV again if we had to do it all over again.

The remote is terrible for older folks like us 80M and 74F. The black colour of the remote on the centre ok panel is very unfriendly. The up and down for volume and program is very difficult to push up and down. Also where is the fast forward or rewind button? Never had a remote like that. In the end, had to admit defeat and bought an universal simple, bigger and clearly marked remote for use. The TV itself is great. Colour is great and the free channels are amazing.

However, I was extremely disappointed that they reduced the number of USB ports to 1. I have an older 55" variant which allows me to plug in a number of USB devices, and I regularly have at least two attached USB drives containing video files. Shame, as this shortfall detracts from what I would consider a perfect product. How much does the addition of an additional USB port cost in production anyway?

I'm blown away by all of the features. It has a massive range of free content options and the ability to play games through the Xbox app (after buying the game pass). The quality and sound seem great too, really clear. The remote is easy to use and also has solar charge so you don't have to plug it in for recharging. Very cool TV and glad I bought it.

I was concerned about the limited buttons on the remote but it is so well designed it was very easy to get used to and my son states it is the best remote he has ever used. The picture and sound qualities are excellent. It copes very well with streaming services that are a bit glitchy (won't name them) and manages to keep them going nearly all the time. If it doesn't it is an easy process to sort the problem. Bluetooth is easy to use. Yeah, just a great TV.

The picture quality is stunning, vivid colours, deep blacks, and crystal-clear resolution. It feels like having a cinema experience right at home. The smart features are user friendly annd easy to navigate switching between apps like Netflix, YouTube, Prime. The setup process was straightforward, and the remote is simple to use. The sound quality is great too. Overall, it’s an excellent tv and I highly recommend it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big Screen [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this TV, which looked and sounded fantastic in the retailers store, however once professionally installed, even with a digital antennae and internet connection, the picture is poor quality, grainy and blurred; and the sound is very basic, almost mono, with no surround sound features. Very disappointed.
