Awesome uhd smart tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great uhd smart tv with amazing 4k picture quality great sound and I couldn't ask for any more features it comes pre loaded with most the common ones hulu netflix amazon but if you need any others there's a great selection in the app download section almost anything you could think of they have it also the processing power is awesome for a tv fast and snappy I will definitely be buying another Samsung in the future when it's time to upgrade this one or just need another I highly recommend you pick one up for you and or your family yall will enjoy it for a long time to come

Had to return after 24hrs. There is this thin colored line that appears down along the right side of the screen . Nice picture but the line is annoying.

Started out great, then starting ensuing issues
We bought this TV and were very pleased with it for about a week. It had lots of features and seamless functionality with all the apps in one place. One of the reasons we purchased it was for the Game mode when playing on our brand new (purchased at this same time as this TV) X Box series S. After about 10 days of use the display was noticeably darker than before even at max brightness output. The game mode seemed to fix the issue for a while but then the screen started flickering. Everything that was being displayed through the Game setting would lightly flash in and out. A factory reset seemed to fix this for a while but not something I want to have to do regularly and especially after only10 days. This step requires you to redownload and re-enter all the passwords for all your apps. We have returned this TV and purchased a Sony 120 Hertz TV as a replacement.

This is a Good tv.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good TV for the price, even a great TV, but definitely not an exceptional TV. The processor works well, however, it could be just a little bit faster. I really wish that the quality was just a little bit better, and the blacks could definitely be better (darker) and would absolutely be better if this were not anti-reflective because that made the previous generation darker than it should have been. But it is certainly better with reflections. Other than that, for the price point, this was a really good TV.

This is the best TV I've ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has not only survived a house with 7 kids under 14 but it meets everyone's needs. From lost remotes to Playstations, XBoxes, movies, Amazon Fire stick, or the smartest of TVs apps no matter what anyone wants it's all here on this TV. Just the TV alone without the game consoles and extras has everything a household full of kids could need! The picture quality is epic even with food and finger spots all over it. The TV is big enough for our great room and we can even watch from the kitchen while eating breakfast.... provided we can all agree on what to watch lol

Light bleed from seam between bezel and screen
Shortley after turning the TV on we noticed there is an obvious defect with the seam between the actual tv screen and the bezel of the TV. I'm guessing the material used to bridge the area was not assembled correctly and as a resut there is noticable light bleed out of the tv. Viewing it from an angle, you can see the method used isn't sufficent. Attempting to investigate a repair, hopefully that goes smoothly because this seems like a flaw in an otherwise good TV.

Dull background colours
I purchased 75 inch crystal tv but what a disappointment. Background colours are dull. Not bright at all. Change the settings to higher brightness then it's hard to watch specially white colours. Honestly I'm very surprised with this tv as my expectations were high before buying. Asked refund but looks like they gonna deduct so much money before refund. Disappointment all round.
