It's not the TV that's the problem, just the remote "AND" the poor back up "Manual-wise". Even tried on PC, but to download is a #%^&*(#!@ nightmare. Would never buy another with a remote like this. Back to the reliable LG's for me

Although essentially the same TV, the picture, sound and overall quality of the 43" far exceeds that of it's smaller sibling.

Is this tv able to be mounted on a bracket?

Can I plug an antenna (non satellite) connection straight into the RF (In) plug on the TV and watch telly without using the internet? I currently get good reception on my “dumb” TV this way.

Great question. Most modern TV's have an RF or Aerial connection at the back to allow for this, however, an antenna is not necessary if you connect to a cable box or satellite box. It will depend on the provider of the service you receive by the aerial, and not the TV per se. You will have smart features with the unit also and apps available for greater variety. ^CO

Thanks for your question. You can record programmes on this Samsung Smart TV, however you will need a USB or portable hard drive plugged into your Smart TV to store the recorded programs. Hope this helps!

Can new apps be loaded onto this TV, I would be looking at needing Three Now

Thanks for your question. Apps can be downloaded to this TV. Press the Home button on your remote control. Select APPS and then select the Search icon in the top-right corner. Enter the app you want to download and select it. You'll see details about the app as well as screenshots and related apps. Select Install. To open the app, press the Home button. Simply highlight the app you want and select it to open it. Trust this helps!

Hi, is this TV compatible with Freeview OnDemand / TVNZ+ / the rest of NZ's "free to air" OnDemand apps? Currently having issues with a 2014 model that is NOT compatible, so searching for a suitable replacement :)
