Frustrating and annoying.
I bought this TV and began set-up. First from the start the voice assistant spoke really fast, perhaps a clue something was wrong. The remote is horrible, I was unable to even enter my email address in the set up, After a few letters it would jump past the address bar and not let me back. The remote has a mind of it's own and jumps all over the screen with no input. After finally getting my xfinity app loaded I found I could not access the guide. Even my ten year old fire tv functioned normally and allowed access to the guide. After several of the most frustrating hours I have ever spent with any tv I packed it up and returned it to the store. Very disappointing!

86 inches is impressive. A very nice TV base and a very thin frame give the TV a modern design. . After turning on the TV during the first settings, I immediately noticed that the voice was much too fast. It's hard to understand anything. The 2nd disadvantage is the location of the connection at the back of the TV in my old model, it was solved much better. The remote control works very smoothly and fits well in the hand. A great option is to control the cursor on the screen with a remote control. The TV works great with my PS 5 console. It works very fast, everything runs smoothly, the colors are very vivid and I can say that everything looks extremely good. The sound is also at a high level. Overall, I recommend the LG TV, I am very satisfied.

Lg tvs or awesome because they or using AI process it's upscale picture Better compair with Sony nd samsung when I see in store compair 3models I think lg was better then Sony nd samsung AND i suggest to all plz u did not go with name plz go with picture quality u see 3 models in frame u see lot of differents

Don't buy this brand.
Extremely dissapointed with this smart TV. I'm hearing impaired and need a headset for listening, but we can't connect a headset and our existing sound bar at the same time to this LG TV. Seems we need to buy a compatible wireless LG sound bar. Despite following all instructins we can't tune the TV to our region. There is a significant delay between sound and image sync with some live viewing apps/channels. When we make adjustments for this in the settings, the syncing for other programmes is affected.

This was a replacement TV for my Samsung Smart TV which was over 10 years old and "died" on me!
I am a bit disappointed with it as I don't think the picture is as sharp as the Samsung. I also find the online manual a bit cumbersome. I am having problems setting up my Wireless streamer for my Cochlear Implant, the so called Magic Remote is far too sensitive for my ancient hands. Have yet to get to grips with it. The remote is definitely not as simple as the old one!

Great big TV!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and I am really impressed with the quality, it has fantastic colour and the 4K looks great, it is very easy to set up and the LG ThinQ app is a great feature. I can use my phone as a remote. It adjusts itself to Filmmaker mode when it recognises you are watching a movie, the sound quality is great with lots of sound mode options. It is fantastic for gaming and keeps up nicely with the frames, I’ve seen no lag. I have watched multiple sports as well and it looks great! When I first received the TV I had some initial problems with WebOS and the apps, so I reset the TV to factory settings and started again and have had no problems since. This is a very good TV and I am very happy with its performance. I would recommend buying this TV.
