LG C4 blows away the competition[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes down to it, TV size and quality is a personal preference. That said, after having experienced OLED quality, it is hard to go back to other technologies. LG implements OLED tech better than anyone else in the market and at a competitive price point. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this TV over the past couple of days and I find many of the features of the Smart TV very helpful. The customisability of the colour profile and other aspects add a lot of value to the TV experience. The 65" size is perfect for our space and I couldn't be happier with the TV.

Amazing TV[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has blown me away, I originally had a C1and thought it was time to upgrade, the C4 has blown the C1 away. I didn't think you could get a better picture from the C1 I was truly impressed. however, the brightness levels the pop of the colours, and the speed of the menus are a true game changer when it compares to the C1. I recommend this TV for people with brighter rooms or even those who have bright windows which they cannot cover during day viewing. Movies and Gaming is incredible, and it makes movie night more enjoyable at home with the quality of this TV and I continue to look at it and be blown away by how beautiful the colours look. TV of my Dreams!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super impressed with the LG Gram Pro. I was looking to purchase a laptop and tablet so the fact that this is a 2 in 1 was a no brainer for me. I love how thin and lightweight it is. I travel for work so this is great for it. The 16” OLED screen is amazing! I also do graphic design work and the pictures and colors really POP!! I think my favorite feature is the multi-screen. I’m that person who has a million tabs open so the fact that I can have multiple tabs layered perfectly on one screen makes my life 10x easier. I’m very happy with my purchase and I recommend it to any of my friends and family who are looking to upgrade!

Fantastic TV[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not gonna lie, my husband looks after the tech in our house but even I can appreciate the quality of this TV. Both the picture and sound quality are great, we do use a soundbar but even the TV speakers don’t sound terrible.
The picture though is awesome, it’s so bright and clear. Even on sunny days you don’t lose the ability to clearly see the picture without closing all the blinds/curtains.
I also find the navigation really easy to use which is good cos it means I’m not constantly asking my husband how I do something like open Netflix!

Once the TV was mounted we went through the onscreen setup. After the setup was complete we did not have to adjust anything else. The picture is crisp and clear when viewing various types of programming. I really like how sleek and thin the TV is. The built in speakers were nice and loud with no distortion. Plenty loud for our viewing experience. The picture also gets bright enough considering our TV faces a window. This was the best TV purchase we have ever made!

Best OLED TV EVER!!!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever OLED and it didn't disappoint. I've always wanted to own a OLED TV and I believe this one of the best one's on the market today. I like how quickly the interface switching between apps and gaming is and using the remote with it's AI features comes in handy. The picture quality has my wife and kids loving watching shows everyday. The brightness makes the picture watchable even when the room has a lot of light. I have only played one video game but the picture and experience has been great. I can't wait to try out more games to enjoy this TV even more. I would high suggest anyone to purchase this brand and make the switch or upgrade to an OLED experience.

Sharp and Loud[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG OLED EVO C4 65 Inch TV. Right out of the box, I noticed how sleek and thin the tv was. It was very simple to put together. There's an option to install it on a tv stand or mount it to the wall. For now, I chose the option for the tv stand.
After setting up the tv, it gives you the option to turn on or off the AI image and AI sound. When you toggle it, you can CLEARLY see and hear the difference. I've never had an OLED before but I can tell that I am definitely a fan from now on! The image is crisp and clear and the sound is loud even without a soundbar. I'm sure it would sound amazing with surround sound.
This is a tv that I would recommend to friends and family!

As you know, the LG 77-inch Class LG OLED evo C4 4K Smart TV 2024, Model # OLED77C4PUA, is a VESA-compliant display with a 300 x 200 mm VESA Wall Mount Pattern. It can be mounted with any VESA-compliant wall Mount that supports its VESA Mount Pattern, regardless of type, brand, or manufacture.
The recommended LG EZ Slim Wall Mount for LG TVs (VESA—300 X 300 / 300 X 200 / 400 X 200), Model # OLW480B, is a Full-Motion Wall Mount.
What limits you from using a Full Motion Wall Mount is where you mount the TV and if you have enough space for a full motion wall mount...^Ivan.

What is the Ethernet card used in this product? Is LG still cutting corners with poor Ethernet cards that causes buffering, pixelating, App crash, etc... Older models supposedly had 100 Mbps speed but ours was capped at 1 - 9 Mbps on a 385 Mbps hardline.

Does the TPC (Temporal Peak Luminance Control) activate also when the brightness is already low, for example 0-10%?
And if use it with PC, will moving cursor be enough to restore the brightness?

The TPC (Temporal Peak Luminance Control) on the 42-inch Class LG OLED evo C4 4K Smart TV 2024, Model # OLED42C4PUA, is one of two settings in the TV, along with the GSR (Global Sticky Reduction), that helps to prevent image retention and burn-in by dimming certain parts of the screen (like the area surrounding a static logo).
TPC (Temporal Peak Luminance Control) is what LG sometimes calls “Auto Static Brightness Limiter” (ASBL). Because it dims the screen it’s become associated with the term ABL as well confusingly, even though it’s not actually ABL at all.
It is an image retention saving feature that detects static content on the screen, and unless there is a regular (but fairly small) change in the APL the pixels are dimmed in brightness to help try and avoid image retention problems. In the most common usage for a TV of video, movies, gaming, etc., the content and, therefore, the APL is changing regularly, so you should rarely see this TPC feature kick in, although if you leave something paused for a short while, you should notice it. That’s what TPC is designed for, when the TV thinks you’ve left it paused it will reduce the brightness a bit to try and help reduce image retention risk.
With TPC dimming, when the APL changes again the screen brightness increases back to what it was before.
HDR is the most common situation where ABL would be needed. You’re pretty much going to want the screen to reach as bright as it can for HDR content with today’s OLED screens and so the ability to boost brightness for smaller areas (low APL) is a useful thing.
Where ABL is used in HDR situations, older OLED panels tended to be poorer at handling the changes and you could sometimes see noticeable dimming and brightness changes as scenes changed. This was often with a short lag as well, so even in real usage and dynamic content sometimes things appeared to be dimming and brightening oddly. This was simply the screen adjusting because of the ABL. On modern OLED panels, it is much less of an issue, and generally, the algorithms that control this do so very well...^Ivan.

Hey Sharank! Great to talk tech with you. When it comes to the C4 and G4 77-inch models, they both have some excellent features, but there are a few differences to consider. Here's the scoop:
OLED77C4AUA:
- Picture Processor: α9 AI Processor 4K Gen7

- Wi-Fi Standard: Wi-Fi 6E
OLED77G4WUA:
- Picture Processor: α11 AI Processor 4K
- Audio Output: 60W

Both models rock cool stuff like Dolby Vision, HDR10, Filmmaker Mode, and support for gaming features like ALLM, FreeSync, and G-Sync compatibility. I have an older 65" LG OLED already mounted on a full motion stand that can accept larger TVs. Is there a CAD drawing of where the VESA mounting holes are located on the 77" and 83" models so I can tell how high up the TV if I don't move my mount?

Regrettably, we do not have mechanical/CAD drawings for the LG 77-inch Class OLED evo C4 Series TV with webOS 24, Model # OLED77C4AUA, nor the LG 83-inch Class OLED evo C4 Series TV with webOS 24, Model # OLED83C4AUA, that we can share.
If it helps, we can give you the dimensions for the VESA Mount holes on the back of the TVs.
For Model # OLED77C4AUA, the VESA Mount holes are 439 mm (17.3") from the top of the panel, 343 mm (13.5") from the bottom of the panel, and 706 mm (27.8") from the sides of the panel.
For Model # OLED83C4AUA, they are 547 mm (21.5") from the top of the panel, 114 mm (4.49") from the bottom of the panel, and 725 mm (28.5") from the sides of the panel.
You will need to ensure that your current full-motion wall mount supports the 300 x 200 mm VESA Mount Pattern for Model # OLED77C4AUA and the 400 x 400 mm VESA Mount Pattern for Model # OLED83C4AUA....^Ivan.
