[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful, the sound quality even from the built-in speakers is remarkably good, and I would give it 5 stars except for the inexcusable absence of any kind of user manual. The settings are very complicated, and there is no explanation available. There is no printed manual, and the online "User Manual" is a ridiculous 28-page document with 2 pages of setup instructions and nothing about the dozens of items in the Settings menus. You have to search Google and YouTube for explanations, some good, some completely wrong. That's unacceptable. WE NEED A USER MANUAL!

The one major negative is an abysmal remote control that isn’t backlit (making it virtually impossible to use in a very dark room) and that is missing important keys, including fast forward and fast reverse keys. It’s really hard to understand how an electronics company can produce such an inferior remote.

The picture quality and audio is top of the line and for the price it's bang for your buck. But when I loaded up my favorite movies, I was blown away by the 8.3 million self-lit pixels that make all the colors pop. 65" is the perfect size for my living room! I have an LG soundbar, and the Dolby Atmos features make it sound like a straight-up movie theater. This comes with Dolby Vision and & FILMMAKER MODE to give it movie theater quality. This smart TV also has AI features that allow you to choose your picture mode based on what you're watching. I find this incredibly helpful when switching between movies, TV shows, and the news! I loved most is how convenient it is to control the point system and scrolling moves the cursor on the TV instead of having to click every individual thing, I was very impressed with the quality of the image and how the colors become so real, truly incredible. Now we literally have a cinema at home, we paid a great price for the quality of the TV. I was surprised at how thin and light it is compared to other TVs of this size, The TV came with feet, which made it very easy to install in our living room and fit perfectly. definitely 10 out of 10, very happy with my purchase

When ordering the site told me it would be able to deliver on Sep 5, but the actual delivery was scheduled for Nov 30. Got two different answers when calling support over the phone. Still working to resolve this, but right now it looks like orders will take two months to be fulfilled, rather than being able to be fulfilled within the week as advertised on this page.

Hello. I know the OLED83B4AUA is vesa 400x400 and needs M6 screws. What should the length of those screws be? I don't want to crack screen. Thank you.

How far from the top of the TV are the top VESA mounting holes on the 55" version? And how far from the bottom is the bottom row of holes?
