Great TV but needs a detailed User Manual.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful, the sound quality even from the built-in speakers is remarkably good, and I would give it 5 stars except for the inexcusable absence of any kind of user manual. The settings are very complicated, and there is no explanation available. There is no printed manual, and the online "User Manual" is a ridiculous 28-page document with 2 pages of setup instructions and nothing about the dozens of items in the Settings menus. You have to search Google and YouTube for explanations, some good, some completely wrong. That's unacceptable. WE NEED A USER MANUAL!

Terrific picture, awful remote
This an excellent tv set in most regards, including a crisp picture with detailed renditions of sports, movies and other types of programming.
The one major negative is an abysmal remote control that isn’t backlit (making it virtually impossible to use in a very dark room) and that is missing important keys, including fast forward and fast reverse keys.
It’s really hard to understand how an electronics company can produce such an inferior remote.

The picture quality and audio is top of the line and for the price it's bang for your buck. I loved most is how convenient it is to control the point system and scrolling moves the cursor on the TV instead of having to click every individual thing, I was very impressed with the quality of the image and how the colors become so real, truly incredible. Now we literally have a cinema at home, we paid a great price for the quality of the TV. I was surprised at how thin and light it is compared to other TVs of this size, The TV came with feet, which made it very easy to install in our living room and fit perfectly. definitely 10 out of 10, very happy with my purchase
