Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s cool but not worth the $ I purchased this less than a month ago. Pros 1. Easily to watch tv and remote is cool 2. Clarify is nice for watching movies. 3. Horizontal and vertical use is also pretty cool. Cons 1. I do not like is how heavy it is. It does not easily role anywhere it’s extremely heavy. 2. I’m not sure if is the weight that pulls the pole the tv sits on or if you pull it around but if that pole is rugged a certain way the tv disconnects and you have to play with the pole in order for it to connect again. 3. Touch screen and wen browser is very delayed. 4. Not good for toddlers. They reach and pull on it. So as you can see many cons vs pros

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So many great uses! I bought the LG Stanbyme to use as a display for events...and I LOVE it!! I have our products and testiminials saved to a thumb drive and am able to share what I have to offer on the screen. And if I'm super busy with customers, those waiting have something to watch until I can help them! We can also easily access the web to share more or even process online orders as well... While at home, it glides around easily...but taking it to events and transporting it can be a bit tricky - it's definitely NOT made for that but we're managing! At home, it serves as a wireless monitor extension for my home office, or portable movie screen anywhere we want to watch Netflix (other than the living room). The display is bright and the speakers are loud...its a great device all the way around!

Pros: convenient, can roll around the house, can turn 180 degree, great for recipes in kitchen, great for work. Cons: only last up to 3 hours without charging, super heavy so if you plan to carry it up and down the stairs don’t get it. One thing that bothers me is the screen suddenly turn itself on and off multiple times AT12AM! Yes that scared me and I was by myself!!! Jeez

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised with the quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going in I had my concerns about the stability and sound quality of this TV, but these are not a problem at all. The base is very heavy and rolls smoothly across our wood floors. I don't feel like it's going to tip over which is, obviously, very important. The sound was a HUGE surprise for me. I have had other monitors or tvs this size and the sound has sometimes been underwhelming, but this thing outperforms every single one. It's so clear and loud. This is a huge plus in my book. I also like the HDMI port so I can connect my console. Overall this has exceeded my expectations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for single floor living [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As long as LG keeps their servers up, it's really nice. I use it on the back porch to watch baseball, in the dining room sometimes to watch shows. With my HDHomeRun, I can install the HDHomeRun app and watch live TV, or watch through the available Plex app. I haven't found a major streaming service that does not have an app available for this TV. The picture is bright when needed and you can adjust it many different ways, but I've found the AIP setting to be the best all-around. The sound is loud and clear even though the speakers are on the back of the unit. The stand is heavy, which would make it hard to move around a big house, but I'm lucky that I can lift it with no problem and put it where I want to use it. I think this would be an amazing addition to a one-level apartment or house for an owner that didn't want a giant screen hanging on the wall or taking up a table, and you can put it in the closet when you don't need it. The wireless performance is great, with good range and strong signal. The battery has lasted more than the claimed three hours, but also less when I crank up the brightness and sound. It's pretty easy to find a good balance between battery life and viewing/listening. I think this is a thoroughly modern device that takes advantage of a bunch of our current technology to make the TV experience unique and more useful for a lot of people.

And it is worse for web browser than APP. There are 50 languages to choose from for keyboard. But I could not find Chinese. I am surprised who made the decision for that? It is not based on the most spoken languages but on personal preference??

Can you connect a computer to it and use it as a touch screen monitor?

Hello, FLP83. You can connect a wired mouse to the USB port on the LG StanbyME 27" Rollable Smart Touch Screen with 3hr Battery, Model # 27ART10AKPL, or pair it with a wireless Bluetooth mouse. You can also connect a wired keyboard to the USB port on the TV. For Wireless Bluetooth keyboards, we recommend using Wireless Keyboards that have been tested for compatibility with the TV, like the Logitech K360, Logitech K400, Logitech K750, and LG Electronics MKS-1200...^Ivan.

HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE MONITOR FROM THE STAND?

If you or a third party has disassembled/assembled any part of the product or battery without contacting the LG Electronics Service Center. In that case, you will not be able to receive any repair services or compensation in the event of product failure or safety accidents.
