We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Thanks for your question Rawinia. These are designed to work for Samsung Smart TV's only, and their smart features, and will not be compatible with Samsung monitors. Trust this helps! ^CO
