Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the look & sound! Function buttons could use some work. I love this little thing. It looks amazing in my living room and the sound reaches all the rooms in my apartment. I also love taking it outside for pinics in my backyard and it sounds great out there as well. I love the touch-slide volume that's on top of the unit for quick and easy control. One thing that I did not like thougj was the power button and light indicators. The little light made it hard to see if the unit was charging or just on standby. The on/off button also took forever to turn on and off. I wish there was a better indication of when it was on/off/charging as well. Overall though, I would definitely recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great sound but buggy Sonos app will ruin your experience When the Move 2 works it sounds brilliant especially if you have 2 of them set up in stereo mode however you will be frustrated to no end with your Sonos app not being able to find it, having to factory reset and lose your saved settings and even when you re-install it (which will be frequently) it will return an error when registering therefore cannot be used. Simply put app doesn't work then your speakers don't. I would not recommend this product unless you are super technical, fine with continually installing and have a networking background. Don't get stuck with these speakers that you can only use intermittently like I did :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice product, but not plug-in and play We use the product as our main sound system for playing music around the house, patio and beach. The speaker seems well made with some heft to it which helps to keep it upright if bumped or on uneven surfaces. White color blends nicely with lighter wall colors and decor so as not a dark visual distraction on the shelf/side table. Privacy issues/concerns with app connecting to streaming services and less than intuitive setup with Sonos app. Wanted it to be plug and play via Bluetooth out of the box which it wasn't, as speaker would not show up or become Bluetooth active without configuration with Sonos app.

I already have two Sonos cinema systems setup in my house and this speaker was extremely easy to add to the app. I purchased this Move 2 for our new pool and it was no problem to locate a great spot for the best sound to cover the pool area. I love the voice control I have in the backyard to adjust volume or change the music. I also used this speaker for listening to audio books while relaxing out doors with an adult beverage. As a bonus, I moved the speaker into the dinning room to help fill the music throughout the house. I'm very impressed with the quality of the sound.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not right now The app update has made sonos a joke. I was very happy and everything worked flawlessly until the update. I have a home theatre set up (bar, 2 rear channels and sub) and speakers in several other rooms. All of the sonos products are hard wired into my home network. Since the update I have a move2 I can't use at all. I factory reset it and reinstalled numerous times and now discovered it is adding as a second "system". If I reset the app and log in as if its the first time I can access the move 2 (as its own system) and use it, or log in to the system which has the rest of my products. I can;t have both which is what i wanted all along. My sub also will not link to any room in my system so it is essentially a heavy and overpriced dust collector now! I have been reading online and see these problems over and over again with no response from sonos. I have tried calling but can't wait 80 minutes for you to answer. I was a very happy sonos customer and would have recommended the products to anyone. Thanks to your recent update I wish I bought something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!!! Directly comparing this to my Boze smart Moble speaker, which I live, this takes the cake. Pros: 1. Sound is better (Better Bass, more crisp to my ear), 2. Comes with charger stand. 3. Easily adapts to apple with airplay 2. (I often have problems with losing my Bose when trying to use it in airplay) 4. Fills the room better than Bose. Cons. 1. Heavier and larger. 2. No handle like the Bose- although this Means the Move 2 is a much nicer looking speaker. So, I will relegate my Bose smart speaker to the pool area and use the Sonos in my main living space as an attachment to my current sound system and on the patio when I sit out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again. Good pool speaker option I purchased two Move 2s and am using them pool side. I use them as two different speakers, not linked as a stereo. The two Moves disperse the sound across the pool perfectly. Yes we do have to bring them in and out every time we want to use them. But to me, the sound quality is worth the little extra effort. Also, I am unaware of permanent speakers that will do the same. From what I have seen, pool speakers are wired left, right, and placed every ten feet. I feel that I can get everything that I need from only these two speakers. I would also think that since they are be taken out of the elements after use, longevity should longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound This speaker sounds AMAZING. With type of bass this plays and tone and high of trebles and vocals, you'll feel like in private isolated studio singer standing in-front of you and singing for you. You can clearly hear even sound of lips and everything. Definitely best sound I heard in this price level. Era 300 sounds as cheap speaker comparing to Move 2. Sounds expensive and rich. OK, doesn't have spatial space sound, what basicaly makes it sound as like in studio. Another benefit is Line-In option, which allows you to connect even older TV. Battery is all day long life. Only dissadvantage I found is, that bass are amazing up to 65% of volume. I mean really amazing in meaning, deep but short precise bass (not those muddy wattery bass). At volume 75% and higher you start hear very flat cheap bass on electronic music. Movies still plays bass scenes very well, but electronic music is becoming not listenable. When reduce volume back to 65% it starts having that deep kicks of bass. Due to fact, that spatial sounds louder and Move 2 doesn't have spatial, 65% of volume may be not enough sometimes. Era 300 is exactly the same, but on 65% of volume thanks to Spatial sound it does sound much louder. The issue could be solved connecting smaller version of subwoofer, however with Move 2 it is not possible. In smaller room it plays basses amazingaly better. Same does outside. The issue is very big room (80m2). Therefore, if you are looking for quite loudy speaker, this might sound limiting. If you are not that loud listener, then you won't find better speaker with more professional sound.
