Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too early I do like the headset except trying to get rid of the echo I GET if the volume is up on TV for others to hear. ONLY WAY TO GET AROUND this is turn the volume down on the TV or turn up the volume on the headset. Either way not is a good fix. Will update the rating if I can at a later date. The reason for the headset is to allow me to understand what is being said. Hearing problem!

Just replaced the older radio frequency version with this Bluetooth version—one for living room TV with audio out RCA connection, the other for kitchen TV with headphone adapter (no audio out connection on that TV). Ordering and delivery were fine. Easy set up. Sound is great on both. One headphone will stay in living room, but the other will be used for either TV, which requires repeat pairing of that one, which takes about 30-60 seconds. Great to be able to hear every word clearly!

The headphone sits on-ear not over-ear, doesn't hug your ear, I am no longer immersed in whatever I am viewing. The material on your ear is almost scratchy, what happened to the soft leather like material? so disappointed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Questions & Answers

Can a hard of hearing person wear the headphones while another person with normal hearing listen to the tv without headphones? So one person with headphones and one without….

Great question Mike. While there are no pairing requirements for the headphones, the overall output will depend on your TV and operating system. If the TV allows for independent operation of TV speakers and headphones while in use, then it will work. NOTE: If you have a dedicated headphone jack and use that connection it automatically cuts sound to the TV speakers, something to be mindful of.
