What's up with this soundbar? Right out of the box I get arc audio dropouts. Only optical works. My cables and tv are fine. My other lg soundbars didnt have this problem. Great job. You want more of my money?

Hey there. We want to help you with your LG soundbar sound dropping out. Here are some helpful steps to prevent the sound from dropping. 1. Check ARC Compatibility: Ensure your TV and soundbar support ARC (Audio Return Channel) functionality. 2. Check HDMI Cable: Make sure you're using a high-quality HDMI cable that supports ARC 3. Check HDMI ARC Port: Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on both your TV and soundbar. This port is labeled explicitly as ARC on most devices. 4. Enable ARC on TV: Access your TV's settings menu and navigate to the audio or sound settings. Look for an option to enable ARC or HDMI-CEC. Enable this option to send the audio from the TV to the soundbar via the HDMI connection. 5. Power Cycle: Turn off your TV and soundbar, unplug them from the power source, and wait a few minutes. As indicated in its title, the LG Soundbar for TV 2.1 ch. with Bluetooth®, Model # S40T, supports Bluetooth, so it can be paired with the LG LG OLED evo C3 48-inch 4K Smart TV 2023, Model # OLED48C3PCA for a wireless Bluetooth connection. It features an Optical Digital Audio Input that can be connected to the Optical Digital Audio Output on the TV, and it also features an HDMI™ ► TV (ARC) port that can be connected to the HDMI eARC port on the TV...^Ivan.

I want to mount the S40T attached directly to the bottom of my tv. I bought a mounting bracket but I don’t see any mounting holes in the soundbar. How can I do this?
