Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cinematic experience [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 55” to this 75” and I have no regrets. I am immediately blown away by the stunning picture and it truly feels like a home cinema. This TV does require a soundbar, it’s incredibly thin so you need to add a soundbar if you want a complete viewing experience but the picture quality is flawless. I am impressed with the voice control so you can switch apps just by speaking into the Magic Remote. The AI Sound hasn’t worked for me, sound is worse with this mode but the AI Picture setting really does adjust to lighting conditions to provide a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound bar, but hdmi passthrough spec unclear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using on a hisense tv. Despite not taking advantage of exclusive LG features, it has transformed my sound experience. Pretty easy to setup, and have had no trouble since setting it up. But when I did set it up I was unsure whether or not the hdmi pass through in the soundbar itself can send video signals at 4k 120hz, so I can use it for my ps5. This spec was unclear and at first I was only getting 1080p 120hz. I got around this issue by plugging the ps5 to another hdmi and using earc to get audio from the soundbar. Overall, it sounds great, but this spec was not clear enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Soundbar [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my LG Soundbar with wouffer Friday and can say without a doubt that it was so easy to install. Within 15 minutes from opening the box the wireless Soundbar and wouffer were installed and working I was even able to link it to my phone too. We watched a movie in Cinematic mode and son came from his room and asked why was the house shaking and I pointed to the newly installed speakers and he just smiled and asked that maybe turn it down a little. After using it this weekend I am very pleased with this product as I felt like I was actually in the theater watching the movie and that is all yiu can ask.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect soundbar for my LG OLED The soundbar and wireless subwoofer were extremely easy to set up , It was out of the box and up and running in less than 5 mins. The sound from the soundbar is perfect for watching films on the LG TV . The bass is very tight without being too much and the up firing centre speaker delivers perfect dialogue that makes it sound like it's coming from the centre of the tv. overall it is a perfect partner to go with the LG tv. My only small niggle is that when listing to music using another input the sound can sound a little compressed , the tweeters could be a little more sharper but I am sure I can find out how to tweet them.

I never realized how tinny the sounds from my TV speakers were. The sound from the soundbar filled the room very nicely. The speaker that shoots upwards really helps with this. When listening to music, the sound was incredible. The bass speaker filled out the sound with a nice deep bass. You don't have rear speakers with this setup, but you don't miss them in my apartment. My only complaint is that the instructions could have been better, but I figured it all out. It didn't take long to get everything set up and start enjoying the great sound.

Is this compatible with my OLED65GXAUA?

Hello. The 65" GX LG OLED TV with ThinQ® AI, Model # OLED65GXAUA, is a Bluetooth-enabled TV that can be paired via Bluetooth with the S70TY LG Soundbar for TV with Dolby Atmos® 3.1.1 channel. It has an HDMI eARC port (HDMI 2) that can be connected to the Soundbar's HDMI eARC port and an Optical Digital Audio Output that can be connected to the Soundbar's Optical Digital Audio Input. The WOW Orchestra and WOW Interface supported on the Soundbar will not work with the TV since it does not support those features. The LG QNED Synergy Bracket, Model # BT5-2P which has to be purchased separately, is only compatible with the 55", 65", 75", 86" 2024 LG QNED 80, 85, 90, and 99 series TVs and is incompatible with the OLED65GXAUA...^Ivan.

Hello, Fantom5051. The 2020 LG 50" Class UN7300 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, Model # 50UN7300AUD, supports Bluetooth. It features an HDMI ARC port (HDMI 2) and an Optical Digital Audio Output so it can be paired with the LG S70TY Soundbar with Dolby Atmos® 3.1.1 channel via Bluetooth. You can connect its HDMI ARC port to the soundbar's HDMI eARC port or its Optical Digital Audio Output to the soundbar's Optical Digital Audio Input. The TV does not support Dolby Atmos®, so even though the soundbar does, you will not get Dolby Atmos® through the soundbar...^Ivan.

If I want to connect an Apple TV 4k to a QNED 85 series, would I go connect first to the soundbar and then to the tv or vice versa -- apologies if this is a silly question.

Hello, Oldman25. Connecting an Apple TV 4K to an LG QNED 85 series TV does not require connecting the LG S70TY Soundbar with a Dolby Atmos® 3.1.1 channel first or vice versa. You can just plug the Apple TV 4K's HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC into the TV's HDMI eARC port as you would any other external media streaming device that supports HDMIARC/eARC..^Ivan.

Why is this a 5.1.1 soundbar? Does it include only one atmos speaker?

The 5.1.1 configuration for the LG S70TR Soundbar with Dolby Atmos® and Rear Surround Speakers 5.1.1 channel, Model # S70TR, means it has a front left, and right channel, and left and right surround channels, and the .1 is for the Up-firing center channel, and the other .1 is for the Subwoofer...^Ivan.
