Rated 5 out of 5 by from Konic KVD-802 Mini CD/DVD Player This unit is a compact design CD / DVD player which replaced our previous player, a Transonic unit, virtually feature for feature. It does exactly what we wanted and expected but with a smaller footprint. It comes with an infrared remote controller which adds to our collection! I can't fault the operation and performance, so a very good $34 worth thank you. I don't know how they can build one for that price but I suppose mass production and automation helps. It was not in stock when ordered online, but Harvey Norman shipped one in from another branch very quickly. This was good service. Very good value for money, especially with the warranty included and cheaper than many second hand units checked. Thanks Harvey Norman.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Can this work if plugged into a laptop? or only with a TV?

Thanks for your question Vicky! It does feature a media player and USB slot, so you can copy media onto a USB storage device or connect to it directly, however, you will not be able to connect this to a laptop or PC like an external DVD or CD drive. This is designed for TV connections via RCA only. Trust this helps! ^CO

Where is the warranty for this? Is there a form to fill out or do you keep the box and a copy of the Invoice as proof?

Thanks for your question Janine. The main warranty should be included inside the box, and a copy of the invoice is also required as proof. Should you have any issues with the unit inside the 12 month warranty period, please visit your local store with the unit and invoice, and the AV team can assist. ^CO

Just want to say I have two of these already for 2 separate TVs, and never had a moment's trouble with either of them. They're small, neat, multi-zone, perhaps basic by some standards, but they do the job they are designed for, and that's all I ask.
