Basic Phone... Does what it promises.
Basic phone good for calls and txts. If you are looking for anything more then this is not the phone for you... but if you want basic, then this phone delivers.

Not worth trying
I have owned this phone for 6 months and it has not impressed. The tactile feedback from the buttons occurs before the phone registers a button has been pressed. No predictive text. Finally after 6 months this phone now only holds a charge for around 24hrs.

Not a new phone
Really disappointed that when we went to set the phone up it had already been used and still had a Vodafone SIM card in with text messages, so its been used for we don't know how long. Obviously not a new purchase, poor move by Harvey Norman.

Good basic feature phone
I bought this phone feeling rather cynical, as I had been disappointed in the past with other low-cost 4G feature (non-smart) phones. Instead I was surprised at how good it was for the price. It uses a classic-style user interface, not a smartphone touch-screen system awkwardly shoehorned into a tiny screen like some other feature phones have. It has several useful features that are not always found even on smartphones: it can be used as an alarm clock and will set off an alarm even when the phone is turned off; the phone can be set to turn itself on and off at set times automatically; it can save phone call recordings as an audio file. As other people have noted, it doesn't have predictive text, but I would always turn it off anyway. Messages are not threaded, so you can't see both sides of a conversation at once, but many low-end phones lack this feature anyway. I found that it could play many of my videos, unlike many phones in this price range. The camera is of very low resolution but would suffice if you don't need high-resolution photos or videos. The keypad is small and rubbery, don't know how well it will stand up to long-term use.

Great starter phone for tween
Great starter phone for my tween (not ready for a smart phone). Great price, and with sim included.
My only comment for improvement was finding the click and collect counter (first time user) - had to ask for help. Clearly spelled out instructions on click and collect process specific to the store at check-out would really help.
