The shaver and trimmer is so simple to use to trim your sensitive areas with no irritation, and you can dry shave also, which makes it easy for a quick shave and go. I was surprised how close you can get with this electric shaver. The body epilator can be used both wet and dry, and is very simple and straight forward to use and painless. The other accessories are a great bonus also!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor battery life Bought 8 months ago. Thought it was great. But after 6 months I noticed massive decline in battery life. Now I can't even epilate both legs in one session. Took it back to Harvey Norman, they sent it away. After two weeks it finally came back with a report to say no fix as it lasts more than 5 minutes! Ridiculous for a product at this price. The woman from Harvey Norman told me my phone battery losses life too but as I pointed out to her, it doesn't drop 50% in 6 months. In the interim I purchased another epilator at a 5th of the price from somewhere that has better customer service. It takes a little longer but I swear it does a better job. And it's corded so no dying battery issues. Don't waste your money on this one.

Well I've never epilated before and didn't find it to painful or hard to do, that is for my legs of course, armpits and bikini... not going there again. But I did find that it is breaking some of my leg hairs off instead of pulling them out at the root. Has anyone else found that? I've looked at how-to video's online and I'm definitely doing it right. It's just a bit disappointing when you spend this much on an epilator.

The face brush is so soft and comes with its own battery. The epilator was so easy to charge and use. So many different uses. Doesn’t hurt at all. The amazing thing is that the epilator turns into a body device with multiple attachments. This review was collected as part of a promotion

Thank you for your question. The Epilator itself has a built in battery and is charged via charging stand and plug. The Facial Epilator Cleaning Brush is battery operated using 1 x AA battery which is included in the pack.
