Rated 5 out of 5 by from I shouldn't have waited so long I have been a Dyson disciple for quite awhile - two vacuums, bought another one for my mom - and I'd been eyeing the Airwrap for at least a year. I finally decided to buy it and cannot believe I waited so long. It has made styling my cut so much easier, straightens my annoyingly frizzy hair, and has been all around a great investment. I have chin-length hair and had been hesitate to buy it because all the Dyson videos I'd seen were shoulder-length or longer. I finally found some consumer vids with shorter hair that gave me the confidence to buy it. I wish I'd found those videos sooner. But I can't imagine not having it now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointing This is my. 3rd hairwrap within my 1 yr guarantee period. It keeps cutting out which is very frustrating. Whilst I am pleased to have received the replacements, I would much prefer the tool just worked as advertised. I have totally lost faith in the product and constantly worry that it will happen again. I have had to buy an additional hairdryer as “back up” which totally defeats the objective of my purchase. With the cost of the item being as expensive as it is you expect it to be reliable if nothing else. Very upsetting, frustrating and disappointing to say the very least.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I want to love it, but don’t There is lots to love about the Dyson air wrap, quiet operation, light weight, ease of clicking on and off attachments, cool air switch for setting style, lower heat to protect the hair. But…overall I disappointed with the styling results I am getting. Essentially after spending lots of my precious time styling I am walking around with a frizz ball head of hair. And even if I smother my hair in styling products, the next day it’s a mess whereas with my previous styling tools, a good blow dry would last me 2-3 days. I’ve tried curls and straight. I have coarse wavy mid-length hair. Possibly I need to practice more and watch more instruction videos, but as much as I want to, I don’t love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product - a game changer! I’ve only had this a few weeks but it’s made a massive difference to the way I style my hair. It’s so much easier to get a salon look with curls on my medium length hair. It’s also good for touching up the hair every day It's easy to use and the videos are really helpful. I’m delighted with it. Very expensive so it took me a while to believe it was worth the purchase but worth it in the long run for perfect hair every time. It comes in a lovely storage box but I do think it should come with a travel pouch included as most people will take this on their travels at some point. There is a travel pouch available to purchase but for the price of the product I feel it should be included.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Air wrap fail I was really surprised at how difficult this air wrap was to use. I’ve been curling my hair for many years and I’ve never experienced such a difficult tool. My hair is thick and naturally wavy. Unfortunately this tool doesn’t work for me because my hair dries too quickly and it’s difficult to separate even with clips. I believe this tool would work better on someone with thinner/finer hair that dries straight. I had to return this air wrap. I ordered the blow dryer in hopes that I can use it better. I really want that healthy blowout with beachy waves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much work and waste of money Received this as a gift and I was so excited to use it. I thought the curling aspect was wonderful until I finished and within 15 min all my curls were gone. It doesn't hold a curl at all after another 10 min my beautiful curls turned to frizz, and I have straight hair. I tried 3 more times using the tutorials thinking i was doing something wrong and used product to help hold the curl and it still didn't work. All the attachments make it too much of a project to work and keep changing attachments for drying/straighten and curling. I can't return it as my son would be crushed that his very expensive gift didn't work. This is a waste of money for the well-known Dyson brand. What a shame!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Insane For people thinking this is overpriced… this is worth every single penny I spent and more. I used to get really hit whilst styling my hair because it’s so thick. With the Airwrap it takes 3 minutes to get my hair roughly dry and then I can style it however I want. I LOVE the curls. My hair stays bouncy and shiny for days. I also used to burn myself a lot when using a curling iron, not anymore. I could not recommend this enough. If you’re a person like me, who hates getting ready but wants the look, this is for you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Curl without the fluff My husband got me the Airwrap for Christmas knowing it was something I wouldn’t buy for myself. I have never found anything that would curl my hair without it ytoo much volume. However, the Airwrap curls my hair beautifully and I get so many compliments. Also the fly away tamer is amazing! I absolutely love my Airwrap!!
