Easy to use
When Council refused to provide a light and camera in our back lane for safety, we as neighbours did it ourselves. The Arlo Floodlight Camera provides light to ladies walking to their cars after work & we all feel much safer now. We used a solar charger and mounted it high on a neighbours house so it can't be tampered with and amazingly, it works with my Arlo hub, some distance away. Fantastic product and was easy to install and use. Love it and would highly recommend it to any neighbourhood looking for an extra layer of light and safety

Good camera, Poor battery + storage of footage
I’ve had this camera for three months and the quality of footage is good, however, it sometimes misses picking up motion of people walking past. I still think the camera itself is great but you have to pay Arlo about $15 every month if you want all the features of the camera and extended storage.
Good cameras, however, I wouldn’t buy rechargeable cameras again where you have to continue paying the company forever. Stick to hard wired cameras with a hard drive that you can set and forget.

Major audio issues and months without resolution
Clearly this once was a great product but something has gone majorly wrong with the audio. Hasn’t worked properly from the get go, was made to jump through hoop after hoop before they agreed there was a problem, and since then, an endless loop of ‘it’s still being looked at by our engineers’. The speed of problem solving suggests they barely have one full time engineer.

Awesome spotlight camera
I bought another popular brand of floodlight camera to install at my mother’s house, all the cameras needed to be hardwired. When it was time to install the cameras at my house, I decided to go wireless. I was expecting lesser quality performance and vision. I should’ve have worried Arlo floodlight cameras are amazing. I highly recommend these to everyone.

Can't get it too work.
I installed three Arlo Pro 3 cameras plus two Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Cameras at our home just over a month ago. The system is quite easy to install. It all worked well for 4 days then it stopped working. I have had a couple of calls to Arlo technical department to try resolve the issue. All staff fabulous, very patient and helpful. No complaints here! Arlo can remotely "pick up" our Base Station but we cannot get any cameras to connect/sync to the base station, so we have no system. I believe the issue has been escalated but I am still waiting for further help. I am am hopeful that it will get resolved. The general quality of the product is ok. The cameras and their clarity are fine. However and very unfortunately, the quality of the mounting mechanisms are poor. The mountings battle to hold the weight of the flood light cameras. Mountings for indoor cameras are also flimsy. I haven't had any luck in sourcing other mountings etc
