Whether you are in the house, out the backyard, or at the park, the iFetch Original Ball Launcher provides a fun new twist to play with your furry friends. With its easy setup, you can relax and let your four-legged pal have tons of fun while enjoying the thrill of chasing the balls. Simply position the launcher at a fitting area, pick among the three distance settings, and power it up.

Key Features

  • Button: The iFetchOriginal is designed with a rear switch where you can quickly change the distance settings from 3-metres, 6-metres, and 9-metres, depending on your pet’s exercise needs.
  • Power: This ball launcher runs on 6 C-cell batteries (sold separately). For continuous playtime, you can also plug this device to your main power source using its AC Adapter.
  • Balls: It comes with three 1.6-inches tennis balls that can be used by small to medium-sized pups. These balls are also specially designed to fit on the iFetchOriginal Ball Launcher.
  • Included in the Box: The iFetchOriginal Ball Launcher includes three miniature tennis balls, and an AC Adapter.

Delivery
Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
