Questions & Answers

Does it work with any network in New Zealand? Do we just need to have a plan in the inserted Sim card and its good to go or is there any router that needs to attached as well?

Thanks for your question Nav. The DWM-222 is designed to be used directly plugged into a computer’s USB port and doesn’t need a router to function. It does not have Wi-Fi and will only give internet access to the computer that it is attached to. Either a plan or prepaid sim card with data enabled will work. Alternatively, if you require the ability to share the internet from the sim card over Wi-Fi, I recommend a dedicated Mobile Broadband router such as the DWR-956 or DWR-933.
