*Caller ID, Centrex and POP features work only if you subscribe to the service provided by your local telephone company. There is usually a fee for this service. Caller Type 2 service is currently not available in New Zealand. Centrex is available in NZ only.

**In the event of a power failure occurring, incoming and outgoing calls can be made however the speakerphone on the base as well as the backlit keypad and LCD display will not function.

It's doing what I want it to do - a large display easy to see, speaker phone, able to do caller ID and visual display for any new voicemail. Good volume - easier to hear the person at the other end, and I can have ringer volume loud or very soft, depending on what i need on the day.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
