Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic coffee machine After a significant amount of research we finally decided on this coffee machine and we’re so glad we did. This machine is sturdy, yet looks stylish and is extremely easy to use with pre-programmed coffee recipes and the option to tailor coffee to your liking. The steamer makes milk super smooth and really makes a difference to the overall quality of the final coffee. I was a little worried the steamer would be difficult/time consuming to use but it’s extremely easy...just insert the steamer arm into the milk jug and press the button to start. It even has a self-cleaning function to purge the steamer arm of milk when heating is finished. We love everything about this machine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, but...... Makes great coffee (better than our older Nesspresso machine), and the milk frother works really well-when it's CLEAN. My major gripe with the machine is the milk wand needs a lot of care and attention to keep clean, beyond the so called daily self-clean the machine performs. We sometime need to de-tip ours and clean out with a brush (the tool provided is not up to the job) every 4-5 coffees!! Frustratingly our machine had a major malfunction after just three months where a leak in the steam mechanism occurred. It has just come back from repair-so hopefully it'll hold out. But as it's broken once I'm skeptical. My 4 stars is based on the machine generally and is overlooking this (hopefully 1-off) malfunction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome machine I bought this 6 days ago and could not be happier I enjoy my coffee hot and this little machine delivered, so easy to use and clean. Just tried a Baileys Mocha Irish coffee absolutely delicious could be very habit forming. Done a lot of research before buying this machine and extremely happy with my purchase I have had other cheaper machines before & they come no where near producing a delicious hot coffee as this one no more heating the milk in the microwave. Excellent variety of capsules available will keep me busy sampling all the different flavors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breville and me I have unknowingly been in a longer relationship with Breville appliances than I have with any romantic spouse. As a frugal student, I survived on cheese toasties courtesy of my Breville sandwich press (which lives on a decade later). This was coupled with instant coffee served in boiling Breville kettle water. Years on, I graduated to a Breville drip coffee maker and have now reached a peak in home caffeination with my Creatista. In between these upgrades I had flings with a Breville blender (my green smoothie phase) and an Air Fryer Chef which gets more use than my kitchen most weeks. What's evident is that I will always default to Breville as it has been a solid life partner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Absolutely gorgeous and feature packed Machine! This is the most amazing Nespresso compatible coffee machine I've ever used, and now own! I had upgraded from a DeLonghi Lattissima Touch, which was great as an entry level machine but did not produce the same coffees as the Creatista Plus does. The ability to modify the temperature of the milk, the better aeration and frothing of the milk with the steam wand (vs. the sub-par performing brother on the Lattissima Touch) and the overall aesthetics of the machine are the main reasons why it is an absolutely fantastic coffee pod machine. It's an absolute stunner and looks great anywhere!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never finishes the descaling/Coffee tastes bad This machine has a poor coffee taste and it is not the coffee. I use Nespresso capsules only. It makes you descale every other 3-4 weeks and never finishes the cycle properly. I can't stand that the machine does not allow you to continue to make coffee until you can properly do it (for example, lets you wait until the weekend). Have had this machine now for 6 months and am absolutely not happy with this overpriced thing. I have had another machine forever, never had issues until it was old and done (after 10 years). Will never buy a Breville machine/appliance again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Refused warranty. Broken heating system and steam wand Machine is 6 months old. Does not heat and steam wand completely stopped working. When you push the button with a capsule, only cold coffee comes out. I contacted nespresso and the have refused to honour warranty on the machine. They say they believe I used non nespresso capsules on the machine that the warranty has been voided. I actually have been using the nespresso capsules they were just ordered under a different account. They will do anything to get out of warranty. Sunbeam support and delongi support are so much better stay away from breville.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice looking machine but unreliable.. We are now on our second one of these machines and the second one has again got the same fault. The frother does not work properly again and this took just under 2 weeks. The first machine lasted nearly a month.. this is not a cheap machine and I would have expected better from Sage.. I will be returning this machine tomorrow for a full refund and will be buying from a different manufacturer..
